    Very dishonest, your money means more than their reputation to them They will tell you they sent the part, know that on GOD, that they did not send it. They are liars, purchase at your own risk, they are snakes.. You wont get your part, or your money. Disgraceful!

    I ordered a quanity of (2) ****** sweeper belts for price of one from ******* on line. I received and belt by *** in a package in just about 3 days No ptoblem there. But no priced out invoice So I do not know what I was charged for the 1 belt. But it was the correct belt so it what you have to expect these days.Local Vacuum Store is owned by a not to swift but not a dummy either He said he would sell me a belt if he installed it !

    Company never sent items, cannot get refund or even answers. Bought 2 vacuum switches. They created a tracking number through DHL 2 days later. I kept checking the tracking for 4 weeks. They were never dropped off to DHL for shipping. DHL finally invalidated the number after the month was up. So, i tried to reach out to the company to find out what happened. The customer support line was very unhelpful. They are obviously a third party not affiliated with Top Vacuum in any way. All they would do is say they will notify the company. after doing this 3 times with no resolution or any attempt by top vacuum to contact me at all, i finally told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. As of the writing of this post, i still haven't had any resolution or contact from the company and can get no further. I had to dispute the credit card charge.

    Business has consistently been unable/unwilling to send the correct item that was ordered. Item description is Item: Shop-Vac Reusable Disc Filter for Dry General Use (3 per Pack) 90137 Type T.
    Business keeps resending an excessive number of Shop-Vac 90107 Type S filters for a different size vacuum. Photograph of error has been provided to business.
    Contacted the business multiple times in writing by email to request correct item and talked on the phone after multiple emails. Business has never satisfied the open order. When contacted by phone, individual is hard to understand, talking far away from the mic of the phone, and does not clearly speak English. Business has only replied once to email and not directly answered questions in email; state "Dear Customer, We have contacted our warehouse team and soon they will ship the correct bags. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regards." On the phone states that their "technical experts" will address the concern. However, continues to fail to send correct item. There have been two erroneous shipments from this business on same order. The business is operated out of a warehouse at this address. There is not a technical expert required, just pulling the correct item and sending it. Not sure if the "technical experts" can read English to know the difference between a Type T vs Type S vacuum filter from a store claiming to sell vacuum parts?
