      I ordered a 2 inch custom collar on April 4, 2023. Two months has passed and I've received no collar, and **** states 'Shipping Label Created **** Awaits Item'. Do NOT Order from Bull Run Flag

      On January 7, 2023, I placed an order for 2 custom collars and never received them. I have made several attempts to reach them to no avail. They do not answer the phone nor do they return emails. I would like to have the items I ordered or a full refund. Order #*****

      I purchased a custom dog collar on 3/1/23 for $59 and change. They pulled immediately. Their site said delivery would be 4-6 weeks. It is now 4/24/23 I have emailed them 2 times tried calling them filed a report through shop and still have gotten zero response. When I go to their website to track my status it states that my order is still be processed and hasnt even been started! I am so frustrated! I would like a full refund immediately at this point. I dont even want the collar any more Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

      On Feb 16 I ordered several custom patches totaling 33 dollars. After a month I decided to ck on the status of my order. It still said processing even though their timeline shows it shld have been getting ready for shipping. I both called and emailed for an accurate update. I received no response I then called and emailed two more times there site says they will respond in 2 business days this was way past that. Delays in shipping I can understand lack of customer service and communication I can't. To this date my order status hasn't changed from Feb 16.And I still haven't received a response

      I ordered two custom nameplates for a jacket on 12/12/22. I have not received the nameplates. Ive emailed the company five times and every time the response is that they are working on it. I want a refund and to let people know that this is not a recommended merchant.

      I purchased a dog collar with name patch as well as a matching dog leash.I received the items mid December and the patch was not in the color requested. I notified the seller via phone message and email that the color of name patch was incorrect. They responded to me by email apologizing and promising they would take care of it. I waited several weeks called and emailed requesting when I could expect to receive the item with no response.I want the patch in the correct color as per my order instructions.

      I placed my order on 10/19/22 when the website stated they were sending out orders In 1-2 wks. On 11/17/22 I contacted the company via email about my package that still had not been sent out. The company responded quickly and sent out the collars the next day. When I received the collars, both were too big (which is odd since they have worn the same size for the past 8 years.) I emailed them again on 11/23/22 asking if I was able to exchange for a smaller size on both and received a short email stating that was fine. Since then I havent gotten any sort of correspondence from the company, despite emailing them 2 more times and even calling the customer service number, to which I had to leave a voicemail on.
