      I spent upwards of $80 with this company on a dog collar order number#***** and have never received it. I want a full refund or my money back asap!!! This company is disgusting

      I made a purchase on 8/8/24 in the amount of ******. I initially sent $100. 53 but a mistake was made and the item I want was $5.00 so I sent that. One the site it says expect a 3 to 4 week turn around. It has been over 8 weeks . I contacted them 6 times and they replied once saying to look at web site where it says expected time of delivery which says 3 to 4 weeks I sent 6 emails and 3 voice mails I check the web site on the 28th of September and it says it has been shipped but I check the **** saying they havent even gotten the package. Its been 13 days and post office still dont have the package.

      I placed an order on 6/14/24, Order # *****, as of today (8/28/24) the order has been in the status of "Quality Check & packing" since 7/19/24. How long does it take to PACK a collar and leash? The collar was special made for our cane corso and I am assuming that if it was ready to pack, it wouldn't take this long. If the personalization was wrong, they should have reached out to state it was going to take a little more time. I have sent an email to get an update and atttempted to call ***************** However, when you call **************** you get directed to send them an email. What good is a **************** # if you always get directed to email.

      Item #*****: Purchased on 4/14/24. Items were suppose to be delivered 5/22/24. Sent 3 emails with no reply and call countless times hoping they pick up but never have. Ill take the product or a full refund.

      I ordered a custom dog collar which was $95 and change. Order number *****. Website says 2/3 weeks it's been almost 2 months. I've emailed and get the run around "product is almost done in production " mailing out this week " . Now still no product and no answers to my calls or emails. I want a refund or I want the product I paid for.

      On 4/1/2024, I placed an order for a customized 365 Dog Harness. The company's website gives an estimated turnaround time of "2-3 weeks". On 5/11/2024, I emailed the company for an update since my order had still not been received and the order status still did not indicate that the order had been shipped. The company responded the same day indicating that the order was in its last stage of production and would "ship soon". They proceeded to create phony shipping information falsely indicating that the order had been shipped. On 5/17/2024, I emailed again and didn't receive a response. I emailed again on 5/21/2024 instructing that I would either like my order to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe or a full refund. A response was received the same day stating that the order status was being investigated and that a 10% discount was being applied. As of 5/25/2024, no further communication has been received, no discount has been applied, and the online order status remains the same. I wish I had researched the company before placing the order because it seems as though my issue has been shared by many. This is clearly a company whose owners are severely deficient in morals and ethical business practices. I'm honestly not even sure at this point if it's operating as a legitimate business.

      I have ordered custom embroidered dog collars and leash on April 12th. Stated it was going to take longer than expected. I waited patiently received a email statement it was being sent out for shipping. Status said shipped 2 weeks ago no item received at the **** anex. **** tracking continues to indicate shipping label created, item waiting to be dropped off. I contacted the company multiple emails and calls. Finally email stated they were "refunding" . However no name no reference number for the refund no name on the email as to who was authorizing this refund. I have called my bank to start a dispute. After multiple searches for this company I seen lots of horrible experiences. Some getting it two- three months after.

      I placed an order on March 31, 2024. Expected delivery time was 2-3 weeks. I emailed a complaint on May 11, 2024. A shipping label was created stating awaiting item. It is now May 14, 2024, and they are STILL awaiting the item. My inquiry to the company was met with check our website for estimated delivery times. Okay. That was 3-4 weeks ago. Where is my product?

      The item was delivered, was incorrectly made, and the owner was exceptionally rude in his response. It's unfortunate he is so backlogged; however, his website should adequately describe the expected delivery dates. I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience.

      Placed my order 3 months ago and still have no product from them I keep getting the run around from them I was told 1 month ago 2 more weeks here it is 6 weeks later and not even an email back. There website states 3-4 weeks not 3-4 months
