  I have always in the past had good experiences but this last one had me go elsewhere. The free speakers adapters were a very poor fit. I replaced the front speakers with quite a bit of modification to get gaps closed. The adapters seemed warped and fit was extremely poor. I decided to look at replacing the rear. The speaker I used used up front was not offered and said it would not fit. I researched and found this incorrect. Purchased the same speaker, different adapter and speaker connections for almost 30 dollars less! Fit was perfect! Will not use your company again. I have all ready shared this story with the guys in our local Cars and ************* I was surprised to hear another story similar to mine. Live and learn.

  I purchased a **** UBP X8002 DVD player From Crutchfield. I looked at different players for cost and features. Crutchfield had the best info on the different models. I finally made my purcgased thru Crutchfield. The order shipped on a Monday and arrived at my home in ******* Wednesday at 11am. The player works great and saved $50 off the regular price and free shipping. Honest and accurate reviews and free shipping made Crutchfield the best choice for me. I will use them again in the future for and audio/video purchases.

  I purchased front door speakers for my 2016 ****** WRX STI, which came with a mounting kit and a harness adapter kit.Unfortunately, the adapter kit did not match the car's harness; not even close. I checked the website again to see if there were any differences between: with navigation or no navigation head unit; different years from 2008 through 2021; WRX versus WRX STI and there were not.I was able to de-pin the adapter kit harness from the connector, use heat-shrink tubing, and electrical tape to keep the terminals in place to the factory harness connector.Otherwise, so far so good.

  Crutchfield always provides great advice and helps me cobble together some of my brand new and some of my old (but very much still working) equipment. When you need assistance / have questions, you get solid, informed answers. Everything is always delivered when they said it would be, and they maintain high quality standards. I can't recommend them enough.

  It's simple - Crutchfield gets it right. They have a fabulous selection of gear, and some of the best customer service you'll ever encounter. The business model is simple. While they are not (and don't represent themselves as) a discounter, the selection and the service make up for it. My gear arrived, as promised, in 2 days, packed as securely as one could want. After 40 days, I decided that the speakers were not really what I wanted, so I called Crutchfield and the customer service rep quickly sent to me a prepaid return shipping label - no charge. I then ordered what I should have ordered in the first place, and those speakers came via freight in just 2 days There's no shop near me that offers the higher quality gear I was looking for, so ordering online is about the only option. For Crutchfield do operate as efficiently and customer focused as they are makes online ordering a friendly option. And you don't stay in business for 50 years - especially in the ever changing arena of competitive electronics - without getting it right.
