      Since I placed an order, I got a call from crutchfield on a number I never provided. I kept wondering how they got this number that I never provided except to family and friend? They kept bothering me asking why the billing address is different than mailing address. The way they talk is just treating me as a scammer even I was able to provide all the information they required. People is allowed to have two different address without permission of crutchfield. I stilled canceled the order because of that. But crutchfield wasted so much of my time waiting for their respond on this non sense. crutchfield Need stop searching for peoples identity information online without permission. Also list on your website that you could only have one address to place an order instead of wasting peoples time.

      Good luck doing business with this company - hopefully you receive the product. I placed an order on 10/8 for a expected delivery week of 10/17 for a pair of speakers and stands. The speaker stands came in early on 10/13 while I was out of town and attempted delivery of one speaker of a matched pair 10/14 and 10/15. I was awaiting re-delivery of one speaker on 10/17 that *** stated would arrive that day, it never came. I called Crutchfield to see what was going on with the order, and they stated one speaker was lost in sorting somewhere on the east coast, and the other would probably be re-attempted to deliver.To make this right they placed a new order to ship out another pair of speakers for delivery later in the week and they would intercept and recall back the first separated pair. I was out on 10/18 and apparently they attempted to deliver both original speakers ordered...I contacted Crutchfield and they stated they cancelled the re-order and were trying to re-deliver the original pair as they found the one lost on the east coast. Having had enough at this point I asked if the order could be cancelled and didn't want to think about it anymore for the day. I received an email follow up saying they could process a return and to confirm if I wanted to proceed with this. Before I was able to respond, *** finally showed up at my door (10/19) with both speakers in tow but stated they had an intercept order on these and had to take them back. Seems it was not in the cards for me to ever receive these speakers I ordered. I asked Crutchfield what was going on and I guess they went ahead and processed a cancellation and refund on me - I still have these speaker stands I now need to take to *** store to return.Be prepared for a lot of work, emails, calls, and clear your entire calendar waiting at home for delivery which may or may not come.

      i got a sterio from them , it would not fit, so i called and told them . they said to send it back and i did. i was waiting for a refund when they called to say the wrong sterio was in the box. i said , well that is why it would not fit , you sent me the wrong radio. they said , no you sent us the wrong radio back, and you are not getting a refund .what a rip off . this is a skeme they got so as to not give a refund.. signed : ****** off customer *********************

      I placed my very 1st order with Crutchfield for a Kenwood ****s on July 7, 2022, I was very excited because I had waited almost 4 months to save for the multimedia receiver. When it was delivered on July 11, 2022, in a Kenwood box it had the wrong (stereo) in it, not even the right (correct) brand some piece of junk stereo called Soundstream, that had looked 10yrs old but had all new wiring harness with it. Immediately called Crutchfield and they sent me a return label & assured me that it must have been some mistake on their end and that they would gladly take care of full refund or replacement. But once they received my returned package back they refused any help at all & said it wasn't their fault and blamed it on Kenwood the one who packaged the stereo and that I was basically at fault for receiving the wrong item. I couldn't give less than a star rating because there are no negative ratings so ------* Worst customer service ever next time no matter the price difference use Amazon, the don't question ur integrity and they make right there mistake that u get the item u ordered.

      I placed my first order with this company last week and the product did not arrive, as *** reported. The package got lost and that was really a big inconvenience for me, but it wasnt Crutchfields fault. I contacted them as soon as their support lines opened on Monday. They fixed it for me right away, with a smile and a very professional attitude. They overnighted the items that I had purchased and I received them today. I just made a phone call to say thank you because they showed they cared for a customer, even when its a new customer, and that needs to be said out loud. I will be using this website to purchase more electronics and I will be recommending to those who want to find a reliable and trustworthy company to get products from. Thank you, Crutchfield, for being so helpful, professional and reliable, which is not easy to find nowadays in any business.

      I bought a pioneer car head unit for my truck in Oct of 2021 from them and everything seemed to work fine but the unit would randomly reboot so they thought it was the steering wheel module causing the problem. No issue. They sent a replacement and I installed it didn't fix the issue so I just put up with the rebooting since I was busy and didn't have time to do anything else with it. Fast forward to June and the head unit began white screen only with no function. I called Friday and was told to send it in and wait 5 weeks with a hole in my dash while they repaired it. I declined and asked if i could purchase a new unit in place of the defective one. I was "told" this was possible but the unit I had was not in stock so was offered the next step up which doubled the original purchase price but if i paid for the replacement and got everything running, I could call back and they would RA the original head unit as defective since I was spending so much on the upgrade. Fast forward 2 days. I put the new headset in and got the old one ready for the return. The person on the sales call even told me to put all the new cords with the old unit to get the proper credit. I called today to get an RA to return the defective unit and was told by the ** rep that there was no notes for my conversation regarding the return and the best they would do was repair the old one and let me sell it. Not only did they refuse to honor what the sales person told me, I have to pay to ship the defective unit back to them. I didn't come up with this information on own and I spent $1200 plus dollars with them to get where I am today. It would be nice to be able to trust what your told by people your alkinh to take your money. Expensive *******
