      This is my 5th system from Crutchfield. It arrived in 3 days, everything I ordered was in a well packed box, nothing damaged. Had it professionally installed, really happy with my purchase.

      I am very pleased with Crutchfield's services and prices, and I will make future purchases. However, I hate my new television ******** QN43QN90C). Although one of the features is the exceptional angle view, I find that the faces of talent or characters are washed out. No amount of picture adjustment seems to fix the issue. Very disappointed with the product.

      Terrible customer service. Something caused my order to return the shipper and crutchfield has not refunded me or resolved the issue. I cant believe they are still in business and able to get away with this. I spoke with a few agents who gave me attitude over the phone, I could not believe how they were speaking to me and treating me. I will gladly take my business somewhere with atleast decent customer service and products that actually work.

      I have ordered many products from crutchfield and their customer service has always been great. I recently purchased a new stereo for my vehicle, but unfortunately that vehicle caught fire. I tried to return the product for store credit as I would most likely be buying a new stereo for my new vehicle when purchased, but was outside the 60 day return period. They said that there is nothing that can be done. I do understand the return period but for repeat customers you think they would have made a exception for unopened products.Crutchfield has great products, but their main goal is to make money, and not care about their customers. I have purchased products for 3 different vehicles in the past year, yet still no care.

      I ordered an amplifier a few a little over a week ago (open box). It arrived in about 3 days and sat while I installed everything else. When I opened it up to wire it in, it was missing 1 small but essential piece. I chatted online with customer support on Sunday and explained what was missing, received the part on Wednesday. Unfortunately that was the wrong part (they had to "steal" it off another amp). I was unhappy and ready for a fight when I called in this morning (Thursday). Rep apologized, shipping a brand new amp out today, I have 2 weeks to return the original one. Very few companies cross ship anymore (especially on a $500+ item), you usually have to buy the new one and return the old one.Even with the issues, still 5 stars for customer service and their work at making the purchase right.

      Misleading advertising, horrible customer service. Online store with no support. Stay away, it may be cheaper but it will cost you more in the end.

      Ordered $1500.00 set of jl audio speakers. When purchased, it said they would be shipped from manufacturer. OK. Approximately 2 months later, no speakers. I called every two weeks for an update. Never had one. Why does Crutchfield continually advertise for a company that doesn't deliver or give updates. They will sure take your money within a couple mins. but take 3 to 5 days to return it. Terrible customer service. They blame the manufacturer but is it not the sellers problem? Last purchase I make from Crutchfield, not that my business matters to them.

      Bought an Alpine ILX-507, back up camera, satellite receiver and other gear for my 02 Highlander. Perfect experience...had a million questions for their techs and they answered every single one and helped me a lot. Definitely would do business again primarily because they shipped everything exactly as ordered and every time I had a question they helped.

      Crutchfield filters their reviews before posting and will not allow revisions as new information is available. This is a very shady practice, in my opinion.This Reviews Practice provides an artificially higher rating for products and the company. False advertising at it's core.A very shady practice at minimum, misleading and false at the worst.
