      I applied for the ticket lottery for the **** Matthews Warehouse. I am being charged the wrong price for the tickets I have been assigned. I should be charged for reserved 4 tickets and not reserved 3 tickets. The orginal seat chart shows that the tickets I have been assigned are in reserve 4 but after I contacted the site they updated the seating chart claiming the wrong one was posted. Since I believed my tickets were in the original reserve 3 area I did not attempt to buy other tickets from ticketmaster. If I had known I would be getting the seats I got I would have purchased other seats but since this all happened after general ticket sales opened I was not able to purchase tickets at face value. The warehouse admits the error of posting the wrong seat chart but refuses to correct the issue. At the very least I should be charged for the reserve 4 prices, ideally they should modify my seats to the original reserve 3 area. I am attaching picture of both the original and updated seat charts.
