      Ive been a member of the *** Warehouse since 1998 and was recently upgraded with the Golden Ticket experience at ********* in **********. I was given seats front row, dead center, in front of **** and the band - for free! What a cool way to show the fans how much they care! In todays world of ticketing and Platinum seats, its refreshing to know the band wants their longtime fans up front. The Warehouse did a great job making the process easy and enjoyable - their communication and response time is top notch. They even mailed me two posters after the show to help commemorate. Hopefully, Ill get to enjoy more Warehouse perks as *** continues to tour, along with face value tickets with seniority-based seating for premier shows!

      Warehouse Team I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for everything that you guys do for the community and fan base. This Saturday will be show #*** for me and I wouldnt have been able to get here without what you guys do for the fans. From ticket confirmations to taking recommendations on songs to be released for bonus discs its been a wild ride and Im so grateful for you guys helping fans get tickets and Ive never taken it for granted. This Saturday will be my last show until 26, cant wait to celebrate 35 years of the band! Cheers,

      I cannot say enough good things about this fan club/warehouse crew. I received golden tickets to a DMB concert in July 2025 and the warehouse crew support was phenomenal from obtaining tickets, instructions for downloading them, troubleshooting, response time, professionalism, and kindness from staff. This agency supports its fans. The band delivers on all fronts to its fans, it spreads happiness and unity and the great employees with the ******** reflect this. I am grateful and appreciative for the talent and art that **** and the band put into the world as well as the behind the scenes support/employees. They all love the fans and work hard to be the best at what they do. Thank you to you all!

      The *** Warehouse Fan Association is amazing! Their team is so efficient and responsible. Whenever I reach out to them for information they respond quickly and follow through until the issue is resolved. I give them tops props!!!

      The warehouse crew is always incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Anytime I have had a question or issue, I am shocked by how quickly they respond and have it resolved. Because I am always last-minute in life, I needed to access my tickets for shows this week but for some reason couldnt log in or receive the reset password link. I spent way too much time trying to resend the reset password link, because I was positive I wouldn't hear back from them as it was a show day. Well, within 6 min of sending my email, I had a friendly response and my issue was resolved. Although quick-response time is standard for anytime I have reached out to the wh, it shouldnt go unnoticed. I originally was a ** member back in 98 but gave up my membership in the early 2000's to force myself to stop spending all my $$$ going to any show I could. I rejoined a few years back now that I am hitting up shows like I used to, and it is so nice to see the same level of dedication and hardwork is there to make our experience as fans some of the best moments of our lives!I wanted to make sure I took the time to show my appreciation because, on too many occasions, I feel like the wh crew bears the brunt of unvalidated frustrations and anger from intense fans. Just want the ** crew to know ** members see your hardwork,, dedication, and professionalism and appreciate all you do for us!

      I had a question about the early-entry process for Warehouse (DMBs fan club) and couldnt find a clear answer anywhere. I checked Reddit, searched the web, and only ended up more confused. I finally reached out to the Warehouse team expecting a vague or delayed reply. Not because thats what I expect from the *** community, but because they're a huge band with millions of fans and probably get my exact question a hundred times a ******* my surprise, they responded quickly. More importantly, they were warm and genuinely helpful. It felt like talking to someone who actually cared about solving the issue, not just checking a box. You dont always get that, especially from big organizations. But the Warehouse team isnt like everyone else. Theyre part of what makes this community so special. Big thanks to them for the help!

      After TicketMaster decided that I was a ticket scalper (which I am definitely not-I have used TM almost exclusively to download tickets to DMB concerts that I bought through the Warehouse), and blocked my access to my account without adequate explanation, I was worried about how I would be able to get the tickets I had paid for. I wrote to the Warehouse Support team and was immediately reassured. They told me that if I couldnt get my digital tickets, to let them know as the show dates got closer and they would make sure that there would be paper tickets waiting for me at the ********** on the day of the shows. And then, they even followed up on their own before the show to be certain I would be able to get in and use the tickets! Well done and I am most appreciative. And still not a ticket scalper. TM is a nightmare but I guess if you have a monopoly, your staff can treat customers like garbage and face no consequences. The Warehouse is awesome. TMa nightmare.
