    I stars. They screwed me with reconstruction. Cheap cabinets. Not anything like my original cabinets that I did not want to replace. They are condensing and blamed me after 9 mos of shoddy work and ignoring my calls. Aftrer getting in touch with Corp they came and did it in 3 days. Crappy still. Then they said they did not want to finish the rest because I could not be happy.
    Please don’t use them ever. You will regret it!

    This company cares nothing about the customer. I had a water line in one of my bathrooms that was leaking. Water destroyed two bathroom vanities, and the rug in the master bedroom. They took out both vanities first day and left me with zero sinks for my home for 2 months! I'm addition I kept discovering leaks which was simple trap work. This fiasco cost me over 8 days work having to let them repair their own repair work time and time again. I asked them to cover my missed wages and I got absolutely nowhere with them. From start to finish it was 3 months total with loads of frustration and shoddy work. I do not recommend for ANY type of mitigation work. Just lousy overall and non responsive to the customer

    DO NOT hire this company!!!! Please anyone considering this company do not do it! Absolute nightmare working with Servpro of Chesapeake! My insurance hired them for mitigation when I had a flood in my laundry room in December 2023. The moment Servpro walked in my home it turned into a nightmare! They tore up my home saying it would all get fixed. I was told by insurance to hire them for repairs. Everything they broke in mitigation was charged to my insurance estimate. Every little thing they broke they charged my insurance. Terrible work. We ended up firing Servpro at the end of February 2024 because my home got worse every time they went to fix something they destroyed something. Took my kitchen sink outside left it out there for two months then wanted to put back in my house. Rebuilt my cupboards completely wrong. Did credit me for those but kept **** for cost of material they said. Ruined my laundry room walls both times they tried to fix again they credited some but still collected a fee. They had to level my floors but look at my trim before and after! Their solution for my trim was to charge insurance more to fix. They painted my kitchen cupboards and now within a few weeks giant sheets of paint are peeling off. I have included photos! Please don’t let these people in your home! They make repair promises they cannot keep. Customer service was terrible.
