    Stackhouse management bought ****** **** in Peru indiana. They have sent me two eviction notices Because I don't have the title. They knew when they bought ****** **** I did not have a title. The old management was supposed to get a new title for me and never did. I have been waiting for two years for my title. ************************* old management wanted to sell this home to me. I agreed, but now they are trying to force me out. All 144 residents were force to sign a contract without reading it. They forced us out of fear and eviction if it was not signed. Please we need your help. I just want my title. I've lived here for two years already. This property was being sold to me without a clear title

    Stackhouse has hit the water pipes in our trailer park numerous times and the water has been off for 7 days. including easter. they say people are working on it and then when we check nobody is working. They gave us one case of water for drinking, baths, brushing teeth, animals, children. ONE CASE. I have missed work because the policy is we must be cleaned, and i am filthy now. my kids are filthy and missing school. They will likely raise the rent of the property like they do with every remedy they come up with. They always say there is no date for when it will be fixed, they now broke the water pumps. THEY DO NO REPLY TO EMAILS OR CALLS. When they brought a water buffalo in for temporary water relief, the water was dark brown.

    ******** ***** *** has significant potholes located at the front entrance where the mailboxes are located. Multiple residents have reached out to property management to make them aware of the problem. Management has failed to make any attempt to fix the problem. The large potholes extend along the entire length of the entrance/exit. This is the same entrance/exit that the children of the neighborhood are picked up and dropped off by their school busses and where all the residents have to get their mail out of the mailbox. The pot holes are located less than 100 feet from the park office front door so I am sure they are aware of the problem theirselves but still have made no attempt to resolve the issue. These potholes have been growing larger by the day for several months. There are 80+ residents paying hundreds of dollars in lot rent each month yet have no repairs are being made to the very place they need to enter and exit their home. Where is this lot rent going? The lot rent is continually raised yet the repairs and improvements are getting fewer and farther between, if even done at all.
