    Poor management and service. Not sensitive to any tenant issues, and very difficult to get in contact with the people that make decisions. No on site managers. Our plan they manage has over 130 families in it and we have run out of water three times in four months this year 2024.

    Well I had an incident happen with who I thought was a friend of mine. I bought a home from Stackhouse property manager Hillary at Oakridge Estates in Marion ohio well I had to go out of town to Florida for a death in my family I had someone stay at my home to make sure the bills get paid and dogs taken care of when I came back these people are refusing to leave I contacted the property manager told her the situation she was cool about it and was going to try and help us get them out in the process she put a 3day on my door which then u served those ppl with a 3day also and I thought they would leave peacefully once I did that but I was wrong so I waiting til the 3rd day of the 3day notice and logged in to pay lot rent and it said my payments haven't been enabled. I'm not understanding what is going on and Noone will answer the phone.
