      We signed up with Mhelp in 2018 as our dispatching, creating invoices and accepting payments to apply in their system. When we signed up with Mhelp Desk per our agreement/contract with that company they agreed their system would export customers, invoices, & payments that are entered into their system and import that information into our QuickBooks Online account for accounting and taxes. We switched to ********** online from ***************************** in April 20202. I have reported to Mhelp since April 2022 that our mhelp software was not exporting customers information so we can import the information to ********** Online since switching. I have spent countless hours on the phone with ********** as well as Mhelp Desk. This is a Mhelp Desk issue and still as of today has not been corrected. We have been given the run around. I stressed to them back in June that we have to file Business taxes every quarter and that we would be unable to file our taxes if this is not corrected. We have missed 4 Business tax filings and I do not know what to do because ALL of our customers invoices and payments have been entered into Mhelp since 2018. I asked for a supervisor and spoke to **** who was going to manually move our information to ********** and when he did it messed our whole database up. We have asked for his supervisor to contact us and they have not reached out to us. We are in trouble and now have substantial penalties with the IRS for not filing our taxes for the past 4 quarters. This is unacceptable. We have paid for a service we were promised to receive and did not receive that service and No one is helping us to expedite the information getting into ********** online. I need a supervisor who is one of the head people at Mhelp contact us. This is serious and despite my attempts to tell *************************** to have his supervisor contact us they have yet to call. We have some serious issues not with the data as well that ******* created.
