    E-File.com shared my info with Santa ******* Tax Product and they charged me a huge *** of money for direct deposit in my account, I did not approve E-File to share my information.

    I mistakenly purchased an amended return that I didn’t need. I then attempted to request a refund. I looked at the instructions for submitting a help ticket, but none of the menus in the instructions were on the website anywhere. I also noticed the previous review about the discount available, and had the same experience as that reviewer. I attempted to print my return as well, and was unable to even with help from my local library personnel. I use their printer because I don’t have one of my own. Do not purchase this product. I would give it no stars if I could.

    I was offered a 25% discount on filing my taxes due to the fact that I have been a previous customer. They said just enter this specific code as you check out. When I was checking out, there was no place to enter that code, and in addition to that, they also had the option to not make a payment to file the income tax but rather be deducted from my refund while adding a $40 charge to filing my income tax. I selected no to not accept this option but at checking out it continuously default to this payment opt. Which adds $40 to the charge of filing the income tax. So to sum up my income tax should’ve been only $37.50 it and yet it was going to cost me $90 instead. Their advertisement is misleading and not only that I believe that anybody that does not realize that you’re being overcharged would probably be stuck with the amount that day Attempted to charge me. I do not recommend this company based on my experience. I wasted a lot of time entering all my information to find some taxes, but in the end, I decided to go with a different company due to their mistakes or whatever other reason they did not honor the 25% off an addition to that we’re trying to charge me the extra $40 for , not paying upfront for filing the income tax, but instead having it deducted from my refund.

    Does Not Offer Their Guarantee. They filed my taxes with their faulty software and they were wrong. Then, they debited my bank account Before I got Any tax refund. They Said they would take it out of my Federal tax refund. Liars and Fraud!
