    An IRS refund ($1898) was sent to ********* (A third party administrator), and the refund was never sent to the Tax filer. It is being held in the Bank's checking account (Routing# *********; Account# ******************, and they advised to go back to the company that filed the taxes. That company is Efile, and they won't respond to my inquires. I need to know what is the problem ? Please contact the Bank, and let me know what are their issues regarding this refund.

    September 21, 2022 I file my taxes with efile.com after the process I was ask if I wanted to pay for preparing the taxes to be paid upfront or pay or take out from deduct from my taxes which I choose I was given a recipient of $29.00 nothing else was listed. Now I message the company October 17, 2022 are they taking the amount of $29.00 now all of sudden they made up a price for ecollect bank fees of $25.00 which was never noted before and after signing on agreement. Which October 19, 2022 the taxes was supposed to be deposited.

    I received a text message on my cell phone indicating that my state taxes were due and that I could file by clicking on the link. I thought it was from the State of Washington.  It looked official and was clearly deceptive. I went through their process and by the time I got to the end, I realized that I had been "taken" for $200. I do not want nor need their service. I registered my complaint with them requesting a refund and have heard nothing back from them, not even a confirmation of my complaint. This is a company practicing very intrusive, fraudulant, and deceptive busines practices. I want my $200 back and I want others to know to watch out for them. Thank you.
