    Never use efile.com HORRIBLE they charge me fees when it was supposed to be a free service they charged me fees I never consent ?? too I didn't know until I received my refund and noticed a large amount of money was deducted for such a little refund I then was charged another fee to file my state tax because of a software issue on their END they claim my DL wasn't added to my state tax and that it will be free to add to file they are LAIRS yet again I was charged another fee to file I am still waiting on my state tax refund I will NEVER use them AGAIN!!!!!!

    Useless leech of a website. They make you jump through 10 extra hoops, just to lock your account down, insist you don't actually exist, and refuse to finish filing your tax return. You would have better luck getting your return by wiping your a** with your w2 and turning it in via mail.

    Do not use this company. It is bait and switch! I always file a 1040 easy. Which is their free version supposedly. If you click on any of the question marks to get information, it then becomes immediately a $49.99 charge. Plus! If you actually want to get a copy of your tax return you have to pay for that as well. Of course, you don't find out you're being charged anything until after you've already entered all your information including your credit card or payment and your bank account for direct deposit. This seems like a scam to me! If nothing else it's bait and switch which is an illegal practice. And at the very least it's unethical business practices!
