The team at Country Land Group did an outstanding job! From day one they worked very hard to meet our deadlines and kept in constant communication with me, I am very pleased to have worked with this company to sell my land. I will certainly remember them in the future if I need to sell land again.

I engaged with this company after receiving a call from them wanting to purchase **** in ****** ******* **.
I outlined clearly in a flow chart of the family tree the ***** and remaining family members . A closing date was set. Then reset as additional information was requested. That information was presented promptly, but the closing date was pushed back another two weeks.
Company owner subsequently called and said they had to do a survey and would have to lower price by $10K. After agreeing to lower amount, closing date pushed back three additional weeks. Now company is requesting additionally information which should have been asked for and supplied at inception. I explained to owner that I didn’t have time to play games and that it appeared that this was a bait and switch scam. I am real skeptical if this company. Moreover, the individuals at title company responsible for closing, do not seem to know or understand what documents are needed to close on a real estate transaction.
Upon further review, I will decide if I will take additional steps to contact the appropriate regulatory authorities.The Country Land Group

Hello Eric! I am sorry you feel this way, we do everything we can to make the closing process as smooth and easy as possibly, but these closings with many heirs can be quite complicated. We have stayed completely within our rights in the contract and I have done my best to communicate clearly and promptly with you. Beware!!! Any company with insulting, grossly under market offers and in some attempt to possibly represent a Christian connection should be avoided. If you dug deep enough, my guess is they are not a family owned business! Shame they are even giving a BBB rating, it seems misleading at the least.The Country Land Group

1 starI received an offer for my property for $34,471. with the city assessment of $141,000. +. The same day I received an offer in the mail for $68,000. From another company. After reading the reviews it appears one should ignore their offers to buy your land but the reviews seem to be good for those that are in the market to buy property.
Their closing statement on the offer “We hope you have a blessed day!” should have “by ignoring this offer.” added to the end.

5 starsFascinating that reviews are mostly either 5 star or 1 star! I will arrogantly and inappropriately say that there is likely a direct correlation between the number of stars and the reviewers I.Q.! Those of us that understand Country Land Group's business model understand that they are often assuming a lot of risk. Of course they don't know the circumstances of every property they make an offer for. If you don't like the offer, put it in the recycling bin! Yes, I probably could have gotten more if I sold my land the traditional way, but frankly I just wanted to get rid of the land that we never should have bought 45 years ago and this was a simple, hassle-free way to do it. I found everyone I dealt with to be pleasant, courteous and helpful. I think the rating system is grossly unfair because it gives weight to many 1 star reviews that really aren't reviews because they're just a verbal hissy fit from someone who never actually dealt with the company. I give Country Land Group the highest possible recommendation.Review fromMike H

5 starsEverything was done over the Phone and Online. Was worried at first and checked out everything I could before I moved forward. I have to say it was unexpected how easy and wonderful buying land in my own back yard could be. Very happy to have worked with Rebeca and Andrew.
