The walk in care office in ******* ******* is not helpful to patients at all. Their walk in hours are very limited with no hours on weekends. They also have very few providers working, just one as it relates to this comment. They pushed my time out 2 hours so I could be seen, yet when I arrived for the appointment they still said they were well behind. Why is it they cannot have more than one person seeing patients?? It makes no sense for the only immediate care office within a 20 minute drive to have such a limited staff

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We traditionally have two providers working at this location; however, an unplanned event took us down to one this particular day. We want to assure you we are actively working on finding additional staff to expand our operating hours.
