    Good afternoon,This all start on March 2nd myself/ husband took my daughter and 2 friends to this establishment to celebrate her 10th birthday. I called before I purchased 5 wristband for $300.00. The young man that answered the phone stated to me that we will have access to everything do I purchase the wristband. When we got there we found out that the outside was closed and the wristband only worked on the blue games and there was only 6 games that were blue and half of them was unavailable so everything was not accessible as I was told. I explained this to the General Manager and he explained to me that the young man that I spoke with was new and that they were working on the issues. I have spoken with the General Manager awhile ago who stated that he was going to call me back and refund my money . I have called and left messages it took for me to talk to someone in sales department that notifed the general manager he stated to them that he was going to contact me that has not happen. I have the text messages to verify everything that I am stating. I then talk to the Sales Manager who stated to me that she was having a meeting with him and that she will advise him of the situation and have him call me. She also apologize for the poor customer service that I received. I talked to her again on Monday when she informed me that she talked to the General Manager and he was in his office so I should receive a call shortly. That was on Monday I still not have heard from him. He was the one who offered me total refund he was aware of how the establishment have issues and stated to me that they were working on fixing the issues so I want to know why am I having a hard time with him issuing me my refund with no communication at all? Can some communicate with me what is going on because this is unacceptable and hard for me to understand that someone who is a General Manager handle situations and customers like this.Thank you,************************* ******************* ************

    Purchased two wristbands for Fun Land based on the websites offering many outdoor rides and indoor rides plus all game play. I drove one hour to get there and could spend four hours before heading home. Arriving with pre-purchased bands. There were only three outside attraction and inside rides were closed until they opened at 4:00. Games were only 1/3 of games that were there. I purchased $100.00 in wristband and basically got nothing that was advertised. I dont have that kind of money and thought Id splurge for my grandson. I felt very cheated as only three attractions outside were offered out of the many shown on the website.. Two were mini golf and batting cages. This was not what was on the website. This is basically cheating the consumer and I felt I was cheated and want my money back.
