  This company is a total scam. They are lying and ripping people of after they pickup your vehicle. They give you a price when asked and then add exorbitant charges that they do not disclose and demand cash. It's a total scam. Please file your complaint with VA ************************ at the following link ************************************************************. A class action lawsuit is being prepared against these scammers and possible revocation of their towing license

  This business is a scammer that rip you off. I needed towing, did a ****** search and their phone number came up. I called and the guy said his driver will get to me in ***** minutes. However, it took more than hour to arrive, and they charged me $630 for towing my car to the car service center which was only 11 miles away. After I complaint about the cost, he said we were 75 miles away from you and we charge for the mileage. He didn't mention this when I called for help. How did I know they were 70 miles away.Google should take them down from their sponsorship list.

  My complaint is against Towkingz towing company. I was trying to reach a recommended towing company. Through a ****** search, Towkingz number comes up. I asked when I spoke to them if I had indeed reached the other company and they lied about it. Then I asked how much the tow would be. They said they couldn't give me a specific amount because it **** depend on the distance and length of time it took to tow it to the auto body shop. Thinking I was working with a company that had been recommended to me, I agreed. After the tow I was asked to scan my credit card and I did. The bill came through at $2,231.30. I showed it to the auto body shop employees immediately and they said it was a ridiculous fee. I called my credit card company at once to cancel the charge and they couldn't help me. I have been fighting the charge via my credit card company, but since I willingly gave my card, they won't help. I have since had quotes from two other towing companies that quoted $175 and $381.15 a piece. I have emailed and called the towing company, they do not respond or they hang up on me. There are charges on the bill that they did not perform. There are services that they provided that were not necessary for my car. They charged me for 3 legs of a trip. I only had one tow from point A to B, and the charges were astronomically higher than other towing companies. I am happy to pay them a fair amount for the tow, but they are taking advantage of people in distressful situations. My accident was on a bridge over the Potomac River. I didn't have time to do investigative work on the company I was calling.
