      We were gifted a Hamilton beach flex brew from a friend. Since the beginning the water sensor isnt working and says that it is empty when it isnt and it always says the needle needs to be cleaned weve YouTubed all the cleaning videos and it still doesnt work. I contacted the company explaining just this and they sent me cleaning videos and dismissed me. I went a new coffee maker this one is clearly defective and they need to honour their warranty!

      We got a proctor silex electric kettle that will not turn off ,this the second one we got,and the same issue it boils turn off and then keeps heating even after it turn off,keeps heating after all the water gone, definitely a fire hazards, contacted the company they said just return it, I told theme about the potential Fire hazards and no response it's not about the money it's about a fire hazards

      Order placed 11/5/2024 Item worked less than 10 times Contacted ****** but purchase outside return window. Contacted Hamilton Beach and they sent email around May 15 asking for 2 weeks to research. I've received nothing since.

      Dear *** or Madam,I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the handling of my warranty claim for a Hamilton Beach electric kettle, Consumer No. ******.The product failed within the warranty period, and after submitting all the required documentationincluding the series number and proof of purchaseI was informed that a replacement would be sent. However, I was then told I would have to pay $29.98 for shipping and handling.This charge is nearly half the value of the kettle itself, and I find this unacceptable, especially considering I have previously had a similar issue with another Hamilton Beach product where no such fee was required. The inconsistency in policy enforcement is frustrating and does not reflect a customer-focused approach.I have requested on multiple occasions that my concerns be escalated to a senior representative or the President of the company. My requests have not been properly addressed, and my experience with your customer service has left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a loyal customer.I am therefore requesting the **************** my shipping fee be waived, as a reasonable and fair resolution under warranty.2.That this complaint be formally reviewed by senior leadership or the Presidents office.3.That I receive a written response explaining the final decision and reasoning.If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I am prepared to take further action, including contacting consumer protection agencies in ****** and sharing my experience on public review platforms and social media.

      Purchased a Flexbrew coffeemaker (model #*****) from ********************************************** on 4/28/2025, and I received no order confirmation that day, but my credit card was charged. An online search for contact info yielded an email address and several phone numbers that referred me to the email address; no option to speak with anyone. I emailed and requested my order be cancelled, and received an automated reply stating that due to high service demand, it could take up to two weeks for response. On 4/30/2025, I finally received a reply to my correspondence, which was met with inquiry for additional information regarding my order, an order confirmation email followed later that day, which noted 4/30/2025 as the date of order placement. Over a few days we exchanged email messages, but I was denied order cancellation because the order was already in ********** the meantime, I purchased the item elsewhere, as it was intended to be an anniversary gift for my husband, and I was due to leave town for my fathers funeral. When I returned home, I requested and received return instructions, at my cost. When I went to the post office to return the item, I was informed that the address that I was given (Hamilton Beach Brands, Internet Return, RA# RA113413, *******************************************************) was invalid.

      I purchased item #***** Food Processor on October 1, 2024. The unit quit working yesterday October 30, 2024. I have emailed Hamilton Beach Brands **************** on October 31, 2025 asking for a refund. The reason for refund and not replacement was that I purchased the food processor early enough for my needs and it quit working when I needed it the most. I had to purchase another one instantly to finish the job. I had a catering job to do and I could not wait for replacement, I had to purchase one ****. I received a label to send the item back. I took a video of the Food Processor not working (you can hear the motor but blades don't turn), packed it in a box and sent it back. At this point I was told it will take six weeks from the date of receiving the item to let me know the status of the claim. The person I was corresponding with was not very helpful so I asked for the case to be escalated to the Manager. I emailed *** on January 10, 2025. Generic email was sent back to me repeating that it will take six weeks for the evaluation of the item. I responded that on January 12, 2025 it will be exactly 8 weeks from the date they received the package. I received an email on January 16, 2025 that they have received the results of the quality evaluation, and it was noted by their engineers that the unit operated as designed with no defect. Since the item has been deemed to be working as designed, I was informed that I am responsible for the cost of $14.99 to ship the unit back to me. My husband and I tried using the unit with different attachments before running out and getting the replacement. I am sure the unit was not working, we double checked and as I have mentioned in the beginning I made a video before we packed it to send it back. Everything was done correctly and within the warranty timeframe.I can provide the video any time, but it was to big to upload.

      My fianc and I ordered a coffee pot from Hamilton beach. It arrived broken. We mailed it back 5 weeks ago. We have sent two emails regarding the order and have not heard back.       I bought a bar fridge from ******* on August 28 2024 made by Hamilton Beach. In March of 2025 it stopped working. I called Hamilton Beach and they said they do not handle fridges and freezers so they gave me ************************** to deal with. After a 3 week period ************************** said the fridge in question is not there product. I told this to Hamilton Beach and they insisted ************************** is the company I have to deal with.
