      Part in my fridge failed, company refuses to warrenty it or fix it. Claims I had 48 hours to find the defect, except the lart isn't visible where it was damaged.

      I gifted my wife the flex brew for our anniversary she was so excited this was in Feb well now here we are the frother broke I have been after this company for a part waited over 3 days to get a response via email from an agent who didnt even bother reading my email as she asked for a picture and part number both of these were provided ! I just want my cup !!!!!! The customer service is super the number to call goes straight to voicemail and no one bothers calling back! This is the last product Ill ever purchase from this company !!!

      There is absolutely no reason to be condescending! I am rejecting this response from the business because the business still refuses to make things right! They just told me sorry yea youre covered under warranty but your coffee maker is no longer available so pick one of equal or lesser value and pay shipping! Are you serious????! Then they want me to trash my coffee maker that still works! The frother is a cup separate from the coffee maker when I reached out I specifically asked for the cup and cup alone or part to fix! This is insane !!! If need be Ill do a chargeback with my bank!! The fact that they refuse to refund or replace the unit or cup and want me to come out of pocket to send them more $ for shipping of a frother not the original! and want me to throw out my coffee maker ! Is this company a real company or is this a joke????

      I purchased a microwave from ******** 08/2024 the microwave stopped working 03/2025 I contacted hamilton beach 03/24/2025 via email and was told to contact another ***** I have made numerous phone calls and still do not have a resolution. I simply want either a fix for the microwave or a new one!

      Product: Egg Cooker ************ Complaint. Was not accidenal sprayed. It was following directions per HB guidelines. *** got on cup and all lettering was wipped off. Poor quality product.       We bought a Hamilton Beach freezer from ****** in July of 2024. For the past 4-5 months, a thick coat of ice has been building inside (the device is a manual defrost unit), so I have to defrost the freezer almost every other week. After providing all of the necessary information to their warranty team, I was declined on the repair with the following reason:"... Please know that the unit you have right now is a manual defrost and it requires periodic defrosting. Once frost or ice starts building up, you need to defrost it manually. You may also refer to your manual. ...."They keep sending me the same pretext even after I mentioned that defrosting every 2 weeks was not normal.

      Metal tray in Hamilton Beach Toaster Oven warps when oven is heated. ****** (store where purchased) would refund but suggested I contact H-B for replacement tray that would not warp, since toaster oven satisfactory except for the (defective) warping tray. Hamilton Beach customer service response was that I should find and purchase at my expense a suitable replacement tray for their defective product. (Specifically said not to use glass!!! Issue is with the ** metal tray, nothing to do with glass.)

      the blender is 1 and a half years old, with a three year warranty, ik has been used maybe a dozen times. Bought at Kohls,com, they wont accept the return saying it is past their 90 day window and to contact Hamilton Beach, there return procedure is so onerous, it discourages returns or refunds

      The blender was ordered through *********, approximately 18 months ago. It carrys a three year warranty.  We probably used it less than dozen times and two of the buttons dont work. I attempted to return it to kohls, but it was outside their return window and suggested I return it to Hamilton beach.  When I went on the website, the return process is so onerous, I gave up trying to make it work

      On March 4th, I ordered a Hamilton Beach Food processor on their website. Upon its arrival right out of the box, I handwashed all of the components. After letting the items dry several hours, I noticed there was still water in the center of the food chute component that would not dry out. Knowing that this would provide an environment for bacteria and mold growth-a health risk. I contacted the company to request a return authorization. After repeating the information via email several times with HB, I was given an authorization for return BUT at my expense. This is unacceptable as the unit was not used and the retention of the moisture is a design flaw. My desired resolution is that they refund the money and pay the return shipping.

      While I realize this would be the norm if someone simply changed their mind, this is not that scenario. The item sent to me is DEFECTIVE it retained water after washing which poses a potential health risk with a lid that will be bacteria and mold laden. Hamilton Beach needs to cover the  return shipping. My paying shipping for your defective item is not acceptable.

      The business is intentionally not forthright in their return policy regarding a consumer having to pay return shipping on a defective item. The returns page on the site makes no mention of this and in the message posted by the business verbatim below, such information is obtainable  in their use and care warranty packaged with the item which is consequently not available to the customer until after the item was shipped an received by the customer falling under deceptive and unfair trade practices.

      12/19/2024: Placed order on Hamilton Beach website for toaster. Price with shipping and tax was $48.07.12/23/2024: Toaster shipped 12/30/2024: *** delivered toaster, contacted Hamilton Beach immediately via email with photos showing the condition of the box and express my concern that this level of damage would likely compromise the toasters function. Ticket number ********** was issued.01/06/2025: Hamilton Beach responded that packaging can become damaged. I immediately opened the box and found the toaster was broken. I emailed photos showing the damage. The ** **** said a *** label would be provided for return. I sent it the next day.01/14/2025: *** showed the damaged toaster had been delivered to Hamilton Beach 01/21/2025: I emailed ** to ask what the status of my refund was and was told it takes 2-4 weeks.02/12/2025: I emailed to say its now been over 4 weeks since they received the returned toaster and I still havent received my refund. The automated reply issued a new ticket number 1000451655.02/21/2025: A new CS **** replied Refunds can take 2-4 weeks from the date the item is received to be processed. I replied to this email expressing my irritation.03/06/2025: I emailed ** again stating its been 7 weeks since they received the return of the damaged toaster and I still havent received my refund. I have received no communication from Hamilton Beach since February ******** thread containing photos I supplied to them can be forwarded to you, if needed.
