    The installation and fabrication were excellent. The stone had no seams and the quartz really enhanced the look of our kitchen. Special Thanks to Atlas and his co-worker for a job well don. Also thanks to Lisa and Sam.

    Let’s just say….Everything was great until it wasn’t. I have been planning my kitchen remodel for months. Decided to use cabinets to go who then contracts the countertops out to Stones 4 Kitchens. I went to their stone yard to pick out my stone. Purchased my sink and fixtures through them… the whole 9 yards. Countertops were cut but were not the edge I ordered even after they called and confirmed everything before they brought them. No problem….They took them back and recut them. When they came back wrong the 2nd time, the hole in the island was too big for the cooktop. I even tried to make it easy on them by trying to exchange my cooktop for one that would fit the hole. If you know anything about purchasing appliances your return window is only 2 days so that didn’t work. 11 days later I am still unable to use my kitchen and waiting for them to resolve this issue. When I started calling to see how they planned to fix this problem I found out that the measurer is stating that we weren’t present during the measurement appointment and that my brother gave him verbal measurements. When I heard this i was flabbergasted. Both my husband and I were present. I have never ever encountered customer service like this. It’s almost like they just want me go away. No one even called us to do an investigation. We have received only one call regarding this since this happened. We were promised a follow up call 3 days ago and have yet to hear from anyone. Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time, money, or peace of mind. Let someone else do the job. They don’t value their customers, pay attention to detail or communicate. if they did I wouldn’t be writing this review I would be enjoying my new kitchen.

    August 2021 my husband and I closed on our townhome. We had our kitchen remodel with granite countertop and a stainless steel kitchen sink. The Service was provided by Stone 4 kitchen in Hampton va it wasn't as smooth as I had hoped ,but I have to give credit to Nicole and her team for successfully making sure that my husband and I were completely satisfied. Nicole was extremely apologetic even through my tone of voice was upset with frustration. Nicole did not display that type of attitude with me she remain calm and she assured me and my husband that she would do everything in her power to make sure that we were happy. I have to say Nicole followed through my husband and I are very pleased with the gentleman that came to the home today 7/21/2022 to replace the kitchen sink as well as Making sure
    That the granite countertop was sealed properly.
    It is very rare to find good Customers Service who is willing to listen and also willing to correct the issues that may arise. Whoever are the owners of stone 4 kitchen you have a Diamond and she is also a great assess to your company!!! Thank you Nicole for being diligent patient and most of all calm and polite!!! You are the forefront of the company your customer service skills are impressive and I must say that I would recommend stone 4 Kitchen without hesitation!!!
