  July 17, 2025 My work order document listed several false comments that I had NOT made to the company. Asked that they send me a corrected w/o document - they refused. Atlantic A/C stated that it don't matter. But now after 2 weeks of talking with Atlantic A/C is willing to let me go after being a customer for over 10 years. Very upsetting and unprofessional (office).

  Had a lot of plumbing needs and paid a pretty ***** for the service. The technician was very competent. For one of the items he had to have parts delivered to my home as the ones brought did not work. When it arrived it was the wrong part and I would have to reschedule to a later date/time. Upset, I called their office employee and was spoke to in an unprofessional and insensitive manner which I would not accept being spoken to like that. I was abruptly cut off and transferred to the owner. After explaining my complaint about the office worker he started to make an excuse. Most importantly another date/time was eventually set. The technician came out, installed the part and it worked fine. The owner messaged me via a ****** review that he would not deal with me anymore as he sided with his office worker. Well, that part lasted 25 days before it started leaking again. Waiting for everything else they did with baited breath to fail also. 100% satisfaction as advertised on their web site = NOT.

  I am sorry our technician leaving at 3pm and returning at 9am the following morning was not fast enough for you. We arrived promptly, had to get a different part and returned the first call the following morning. I am sorry you are such an unpleasant person. We have chosen not to conduct business with you any longer due to how you treated the office, our technician and clearly, by your other online reviews, treat others. I am sorry you have a bad experience with 99% of the people you deal with but move on and stop leaving reviews. No excuses were made. The next date/time was immediately the next morning. We reserve the right to refuse service and as stated before call someone else. We should be able to conduct business without unpleasantness and thus will not return. Further reviews left online will be met with legal recourse.

  Excellent service. Mary and Allison scheduled Shawn to come out and check my inop Furnance.
  Shawn determined My Fan Motor needed to be replaced and then coordinated locating a
  replacement thru the office. Part was located and ordered. Shawn will return upon receipt of
  part and replace the motor. Everyone was very polite and cordial. Everything was done very professional.

  They came out two days after being called for non-emergency reasons. They were very professional and took care of the three problems I had. I will use them again when needed and highly recommend them

  Outstanding job, expertly done. This was a large difficult task which Rich & his helper completed efficiently & seamlessly, leaving everything clean & all things put neatly away. They arrived right on time & were polite & pleasant. We would highly recommend them & Atlantic Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning. Mary & Allison are also an asset to the company.

  From quote to install, from the first call to the final convo, Mary, Allison, Rick, Sean & Trevor were on point, professional, patient, and gracious. Anytime a business can come in, remove not only old equipment to install new AC & furnace - but
  leave your garage and outside work area better than they found it - whew!!! That's going above and beyond and for that I'm so very grateful.
  I've been an Atlantic customer for years, and I'll continue to be one.

  Joe was professional, timely, and thorough. He listened, and got the job done in a very timely manner. We will be using Atlantic Plumbing and Heating for all of our needs in the future, and I highly recommend everyone does as well.
