We could not be happier with Atlantic Plumbing!
It starts with Mary - who scheduled our original maintenance appointment and then found a way to re-schedule it to an earlier date.
Then Trevor Denny shows up on time. Trevor, who installed our system several years ago, could not have have been more polite and helpful. He's also efficient, and a perfect representative for Atlantic Plumbing.
In this day and time, these folks are a rare but welcome team!

I requested service for a pipe leaking inside of the wall of my condo. When Atlantic Plumbing arrived, they gave me 3 choices for repair that included replacing my water heater (there was nothing wrong with it and not the reason for the service call). Unfortunately, for me, (I was not feeling well and had a doctors' appointment.) I choose to replace the water heater at a cost which was very high, $*****, which I believe was over-priced and I did not realize until after they left, that they had left a hole in the wall without even mentioning to me. I contacted the company and was told the reason they replaced part of the wall and left the hole was that wall was in bad shape due to the moisture (they could have at least told to me), as a result of what I experienced, I would recommend to other Seniors to be very, very cautious .Atlantic Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Thank you for calling us again for your home plumbing needs. You have been our customer for 25 years and we sincerely value you. I am sorry you felt the quote was too high after the work was done.
Our pricing and quotes are transparent and competitive. As you said, our technician provided you with 3 upfront quotes which required the water heater be uninstalled and then reinstalled to repair the leaking pipe in the wall behind it. One of the 3 quotes included reinstalling the existing water heater. Due to the age of the water heater and the expired warranty, we offered the replacement option and that’s what you chose. We had scheduled the appointment for you to be home during the repair to see the scope of the work required, to have a better understanding and be able to ask questions. We encourage our customers to ask questions in any event they are unsure of what has been presented to them.
It was necessary and important to remove the wet, moldy sheetrock behind the water heater to access the leaking pipe and remove the mold. We do not repair sheetrock and I apologize that was not made clear to you at the time of the quote.
We have hundreds of senior citizen customers who have trusted us for many years. I am sorry that you are not happy with the choice you made now that the work has been done.

We have trusted Atlantic Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning with our family's professional home services needs for over 40 years. Atlantic offers multiple services easing the pain of finding a reliable and professional home services provider. Additionally, Atlantic's licensure and organizational qualifications are second to none and reassure my family that the best talent in the area is providing the service. I was recently reminded why after 40 years this review is long overdue because we reached out to Atlantic about a plumbing issue. Atlantic understood both the priority, but also the gravity, of the situation because of the limited number of bathrooms in the house. Without hesitation, Atlantic responded in person to diagnose and service the reported issue. We are beyond grateful for the many years of service and look forward to many more. I have had this company doing my HVAC and plumbing work for several years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
They have an excellent team.
All the Employees are extremely courteous, they show up on time and clean up afterwards.
I feel comfortable leaving my home while at work. I trust them completely..
I am very thankful to have had them servicing my home all these years.
