5 starsSandy and I have had a ***** for years. I was very impressed with Mike's personality and professionalism. I was amazed by the amount of dirt pulled off our carpet and hardwood floors. The purging option is one of the major features. We love not seeing the dust swarming in the air. We would highly recommend this product to others. The price is a little steep. Please Stay away from this Company. Me fiance and myself tried calling the manager and Cancel the contract just after 7 days of having the air purifier vacuum cleaner. They tell you how good it does this and that my fiance and myself suffer with allergies and we are still waking up just as stuffed up as we were before the demo. Also we were told we had to turn over are old Vacuum which actually was not even a year old when we have mutual friends who did not have to turn there's over. The manager was completely not interested in being of any help to the issue what so ever ALL HE WAS WORRIED ABOUT WAS GETTING THE MONEY. HAD THE DEMONSTRATION DONE ON 9/14/2023 CALLED THEM ON 9/21/2023 TO CANCEL AND PRETTY MUCH SAID YOUR LOSS THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD OR WOULD DO TO HELP.

The Rainbow System carries certification from both The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) and The Asthma & Allergy Foundation (AAF) for its ability to remove allergens and reduce air pollutants that contribute to poor indoor air quality. While the benefits of using the Rainbow significantly help our allergy and asthma afflicted customers, we do not claim to be a cure for such allergies and asthma. We suggest using the Eucalyptus fragrance in the water basin to help with the stuffiness you described upon waking. It is a Federal Trade Commission policy, to allow a 3 day cancellation period on in-home purchases such as the Rainbow Cleaning System. Unfortunately after that period we are unable to accept a return on the Rainbow unit. This policy is explained in detail on the contract which you signed at the time of the purchase.
