The internet sales lady quoted a price on a car to me on the phone. When I traveled an hour and a half to purchase the car, I was met in the Nissan of Richmond by a sales manager who took me to a salesperson. After stating my reason for being there to get the car and telling him about the conversation with the internet sales agent, that's when the game began. The price I was quoted on the phone wasn't the same price they honored, they came up with fees I have never seen on a used car since I have been buying new and used cars. These are the fees; Servicer Recon - $3,989, Freight - $1,398, TLP - $499 and a Non Tax Fees - $65.75. Now I'm used to paying processing fees and taxes on any car purchase, but these other fees are unreal. I have never purchased a used car with such fees. Buyers beware of Nissan of Richmond... I didn't buy the used car and wouldn't recommend them.

Sales manager *********************** displayed discriminatory practices. He allowed a Caucasian couple to test drive a vehicle without a salesperson but denied me and my fiance the same privilege. He tried to justify and rationalize why he made that decision. He said it was company policy for every vehicle to leave the lot with a salesperson but because he had been working with this white couple "all day", he made the decision to let them drive alone. Shame on him. Shame on Fakhori and the owners for allowing this practice. Maybe 12 on your side will hear about this

I woukd give it a zero star if I could. Sales manager *********************** denied me the ability to test drive a vehicle without a salesman. However, a couple (not of color) was allowed to drive alone. ******* was tripped up with his own words and tried to justify why he made that decision. If it's company policy, the rules SHOULD apply to all. Discriminatory practice is what it's called

I bought a vehicle from Nissan of Richmond and now two years later I find out that the dealership never sent a title to my lien holder and did not have a title from the previous owner. I now have to pay a larger car payment due to the title clerk not doing their job. Now I'm being penalized for somebody else's mistakes. How do you sell a vehicle without having a title to it. Please be aware of these issues and the following issues below. Never will go here again and will advise others to stay away.

Negative 5 stars! Worst Service Ever!******, the service advisor @ Nissan of Richmond, is unprofessional, lacks knowledge to adequately perform her job, and has disgusting character traits. She displayed an outburst of ******************* & appears to be an extremely disgruntled employee who is rude, vulgar, and nasty. She lies and attempts to gaslight (so beware). If she doesnt want to do her job, then do her the favor of promoting her to customer. Shame on ********************** for allowing this type of vile employee to display such egregious and disrespectful behavior. Employees like her dont display the values or morals that coincide with the Nissan mission statement.

Went in to purchase a new car on July 31,2022. The purchase price stated that it is $21000 put down $8000. And the contract nor was it explained to my husband and I that there was a **** ip price of $5000 which brought the price up and was never explained to us. The entire contract and purchase of the car was not thoroughly explained to us and came back to the office and they were not able to explained the breakdown and we were also told that the document has been shredded and they have no evidence to show that the **** up was explained to us. This is a rip off. Please be careful of these people. They are only in to take your money. This is unacceptable and heartbreaking that these people are ripping people off. I even asked for corporate phone number or email address and they are unable to provide that to us stating that they dont have a phone number or email
