I had an excellent experience with the Pella rep Grant. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.There windows and doors are excellent quality.

I ordered a sliding glass door to replace a French door from Pella window and Door replacement. Grant ********, the design consultant, did a fantastic job navigating me through the design decisions. He suggested an almond color rather than white and suggested it open from the right instead of the left. He carefully selected the correct colors for the trim.
The technicians who did the installation were professional, polite and thorough. When they removed the old door, they found rotting wood that needed to be replaced. They explained everything very clearly and were able to replace the bad wood for a reasonable amount and were still able to complete the installation of the new door. They left the area even better than they found it. I could tell that they took extra time to make sure that everything was installed correctly and working smoothly.O'Toole Distribution, Inc.

We could not be happier with O?Toole. Pella windows have been professional through the whole process. The team from our sales rep ***** ********* to instillation by the contractor and his team was seamless, on time and professional. We have many more windows and doors to be replaced and will be using Pella on all of them.O'Toole Distribution, Inc.

I had a door issue. While I did not buy at this time, I was very impressed with the seriousness and concern that **** * showed for my situation. His integrity and thoughts were refreshing and reflect on the company in a very positive way. Looking for a Pella Vinyl sliding door? When the time is right, my husband and I will make the purchase. We plan on calling ***** when that time comes. ***** did a great job with everything when he came to explain what Pella offers in their package.
