    Shipped imperfect merchandise. Will not remove the marketing magazines that I did not request, do not want, and have been asking since middle of last year to remove my name from the mail-outs. With each request they say you will only get 4-more. They should have cancelled it at the postal service level, which I also requested but to no avail. When you are battling a serious illness, the last thing you need is to have to sanitize magazines. And to have to recycle them. That is work no one needs. Do not order from them. They will send you magazines you did not ask for and will not stop them coming. I am no longer a customer and will never purchase from them ever again. They have no customer service care factor. They simply fill orders and do not care after that.
