    Boyd B******, B&B Corporate Rentals LLC, apparently scammed us and is now nowhere to be found likely to avoid having to pay the $7,500 rent and utilities costs owed us by him. Boyd B****** rented an apartment from us for a "client" of his. He paid only for one month rent and for zero utilities. His client told us he didn't know Boyd B****** because he rented from Haut Homes out of California. Haut Homes in turn rented our apartment through Boyd B******. Haut Homes advised that B****** was paid by them in full for their client's rental. They provided us with payment receipts made by them to B&B Corporate Rentals. We tried to get the payments from Boyd by calling, texting, emailing and messaging through his website - we got nothing back. We filed a case in small claims court and provided the court with B******'s Leesburg, VA business address. It is the same address listed for B&B Corporate Rentals on their website and on the LLC listing. The court mailed the notification of our filing to this Leesburg, VA address but it was returned unserved. B&B Corporate Rentals LLC, Boyd B******'s business appears to be nothing but a scam. It has been months and Boyd has had plenty of time to connect with us and attempt to pay what he owes. We will continue to work toward finding him to obtain payment. If there is anything you can do to help, we would appreciate it. Thank you.
