      Gross Negligence by Comprehensive Sleep Care Center Delayed My Childs Surgery My childs care was severely impacted due to Comprehensive Sleep Care Centers failure to submit a required insurance authorization for a diagnostic study scheduled two months in advance a study that was necessary before a scheduled surgery.I called the clinic just one day before to confirm. No issues were mentioned. Later that same day, with less than 24 hours notice, I was told the appointment was canceled because the prior authorization was never submitted. When I asked why, I was told the clinic was transitioning.This excuse does not justify the disruption. Their poor communication and failure to plan has delayed my childs surgery and placed an unnecessary burden on our family. This is gross administrative negligence, not a simple error. I request a formal review of their practices and accountability for their actions.

      I would give them less than 1 star if it were possible. The customer service that is part of ******************** in ********* is the WORST ever. For several years, I have not received responses to my emails nor responses to my voice mails, or texts. I have been looking for another sleep study group for years due to the lack of customer service provided.
