    DONT FALL FOR THE 5 STARS REVIEWS! they give significant discount if you leave a 5 starts review. I purchased everything for a home office from them (worth around 4K). I went to the store and got the design done by one of their design specialists. I was so excited, loved the design and was pretty happy with the quality. I got my stuff and start putting it together, but when it was fully assembled I noted that the cabinets were pretty high for a home office (it was kitchen counter high) which I didnt knew. When I called the store the nightmare started. The designer that helped me out totally played dumb telling me I should have known those were kitchen high. When I told him I could not reach the counter sitting on my office chair, and that I needed to return the cabinets, he proceeded to say that I since the box was opened I could not return, and that I should BUY A HIGHER CHAIR! Eventually, we figured it out after many many trips to their shop. After that was resolved, we attempted to put together the closet, which we also purchased from them (BIG MISTAKE). We hired people to build our closet and there was hardware missing. When we called and asked for the missing parts they said it was going to take 10 days to be sent. We explained them that we hired people and that they charged by the day. But of course they did not care, and didnt make any accommodations, even though this was not our fault. We had to go and purchase the missing parts from a third party so we didnt end up delaying the project which would have cost us even more. And now. 2 months after we purchased the closet, a rod broke and when they sent the replacement I found out They updated the design. so I either have to leave one of the rods with a different design and color, or I can purchase all the other 12 from them because they are not going to replace them allHope it helps people understand how this company works. And if you can go with a different company you are better off
