  I contracted with this firm to provide pest removal services. In the last several months we spotted a mouse and want to find out if we had a infestation problem. Initial inspection and pictures revealed a rat in our attic. On advice from the *** that took the pictures I've contracted to remove the rat, there wasn't any rat, a few very old squirrels. Then to have my insulation removed ***airs to all my attic made, reinsulated. THe ***airs caused damage to my ceiling area. I contacted the company for several weeks no crews have showed up to make ceiling ***airs , so they balance of the job cant be completed. I have issued them a stop work order, and advised them no more billing my account until they fix there mess. Further I am cancelling my monthly service with them also Its getting cold and my house is cold due to no insulation in my attic areas.I have people come by, no appointment and tell me what someone will do but this has dragged on far to long. I want the balance of the work completed and acceptable to me, plus some level of reduction in fee. I can not recommend this business to anyone for lack of poor service, no follow up, no clear person in charge and poor business practices in general

  I had an inspection and initial services completed in May 2022 due to a rodent issue in my house. Initial contact was fine, estimate seemed reasonable and the carpenter came out quickly. However, the carpenter was supposed to install four new vents in my crawl space but didn’t (for multiple reasons) which I said was fine as long as I am reimbursed as I already paid for them. He said he would make a note for accounting to process a reimbursement. I began calling a few weeks later and every time they always acted like they knew nothing about it and needed to do some research before calling me back. No one has ever called me back. I generally call twice a week and am told the same thing. It is now the end of June 2023, so it’s been well over a year! Most recently I’ve spoken to Rachel and she assured me that I could trust her and that she would call me back… that was a month ago and have yet to receive a call back even after calling and leaving her multiple voicemails. I am only continuing to attempt to work with them so I can get my money back and I will never deal with them again. I highly recommend using literally anybody else if you value your time and money. They are the most infuriating company I have ever dealt with and only hope that anyone considering them will read this before making a decision. If it was possible to give less than one star I would!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
  I went to cancel my service with them in March. Thought that would be the end of it…NOPE. They show up a month later while I am busy and proceed to do mosquito service anyways and charge my credit card. I call and ask them why they are sending anyone to my home when I cancelled there service back in March. They claim “the supervisor is out right now Ill have him call you back ASAP” and of course he never does. I email the support address and follow up with my complaint and get ZERO RESPONSE. I call again on Monday demanding answers and get brushed off again with excuses that Supervisors are no where to be found.

  This company and I will be going to court,they have held my money since February and they claim to have sent it,to the wrong P.O Box that`s been going on for months they refuse to return my money and think that they will be able to keep it They will be charge with discriminatory practices and stealing they did nothing and told me over and over that the check in the mail see you soon in court.

  Called this business about having yellow jacket nest removed. They showed up for an estimate. Didn't remove the nest. After numerous phone calls still nobody showed.
  Terrible business, nobody knows what they are doing, never talked to the same person twice.
  Now we have yellow jackets in the house, which would have never happened, had they removed the nest over a week ago!
  Awful business!
