  Horrible company with very bad and inconsistent service. More often than not, they miss scheduled pickup days and give no indication when they will pick up, so you have to leave your trash cans out, sometimes for days, until they finally come. They missed pickup on July 1st, so our trash sat outside until they finally showed up on the 8th, by which time we had more trash than could fit in the can, and the extra bag we had to leave out killed the grass underneath. They're very careless, and trash and recyclables are often strewn all over the street, including glass. They also often leave the trashcans in the middle of the street or blocking driveways, and your trashcan might end up 3 houses away. They're supposed to pick up yard waste on Wednesdays and insist that you use the large paper waste bags for that. Well, when they don't pick those up and they're left outside, they get wet in the rain and disintegrate, or sometimes animals will dig their way in so when they finally get around to picking them up, yard debris is left everywhere and they often don't take them all. I get that they have labor shortages, but that does not excuse not notifying customers when pickup will be late, hurling trash and recycling so some of it ends up in the street, not taking everything at once, or them being rude. They were blocking the street one morning when I was trying to leave for work. They clearly saw me wanting to get by, and I waited until they finished picking up and got back into the truck. Instead of pulling off to the side to let me by, they laughed and left the truck in the middle of the street. I asked them if they could let me by and they said no, they were working! So I had to sit at the end of our cul de sac for seven minutes while they monopolized the street and flipped me off as they finally drove past me. Very unprofessional company. They clearly do not care about customer service or even doing the very basics of their job.

  I don't want to give them any star due to the lack of service and how they don't pick up any trash in my community and now my neighbor looks like a dump. I hope they go out of business
