We hired ** **** to convert from an electric to a gas stove. The plumber arrived, but informed my husband he needed to get additional supplies and would return, which he did not, He did not return as scheduled the next business day. He returned a week later to complete the job. The electrician completed his part but left a large outlet box on the kitchen floor so the stove could not be pushed against the wall. We smelled propane in the kitchen right away and the plumber told us it would dissipate, but it persisted all weekend. We requested another visit, and the plumber who arrived said he found a small leak behind the stove, which he claimed to have fixed. At no point did anyone inspect the area beneath the house.Despite his assurances, the smell of propane returned by the end of the day. Concerned for our safety, we shut off the gas to the stove and called the fire department, who advised us that turning off the gas was the correct course of action. Not feeling safe or confident in ** ***** work, we contacted our propane supplier, who conducted a thorough inspection. They found that the gas line installation had been done incorrectly and deemed the situation dangerous. The propane company had to **** the entire job to ensure the safety of our home and family. When I called ** ***** management to report this serious issue, the manager merely defended the plumber, stating he was a master plumber and had never received complaints about him. He offered no apology, showed no concern for our safety, and failed to follow up despite multiple attempts on my part. Ultimately, I sent a voicemail to inform him that I would be reporting this incident and leaving an honest review of our ************* conclusion, I believe ** **** demonstrated gross negligence in both the execution of their work and their handling of our safety concerns. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and substandard workmanship have eroded any trust I had in the company.

Mr. ******** I apologize that you feel we attempted to change estimates or prices at the time of service.  I have completed a review of your account and found one instance of electrical work from July 2024 where the estimate did not include all of the tasks that were billed at the time of service.  It is always our goal to provide you with a complete and comprehensive estimate so you know the price of the work before it is completed.  If a technician addresses anything additional, that should be disclosed to you prior to beginning work and with a new estimate.  At this time, I am unable to complete any inquiry as the technician is no longer with us.  please note that any estimate you are given is valid for 30 days.  Any changes to that estimate should be discussed prior to work and you should be given a new estimate and another 30-day period for consideration.  Again, our apologies for this experience.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with **** ****. They quoted me $690 to replace a capacitora part that costs about $50 retailand tried to charge $330 for a surge protector install, again massively above market value. Even more shocking: Im a member so the paperwork showed discounts. Outrageous. The total quote for their Peace of Mind package came to over $1,700 for basic maintenance itemssomething that shouldve been half that cost or less. This is clear predatory pricing, and I worry about others being taken advantage of.I recommend getting a second opinion or doing a quick online search for parts before agreeing to any work. Companies like this rely on people not knowing what fair prices are. *** filed a formal complaint and hope this review helps others avoid the same trap.

**** told me my furnace needed replacement and sold me what they said was a furnace of equal capacity. Their construction permit said it was a "like for like ******* BTU replacement." It turned out that they replaced a ******* BTU unit with a ******* BTU unit and it failed county inspection. The inspector said it was dangerously undersized.

If I could leave a zero for ** **** I certainly would!!In reading other reviews I see there seems to be a lot of complaints about prices!!On 4/28/2026 my mother called ** **** for a leaky outside faucet on her patio, ** **** came out to look at the one faucet my mother needed fixed, the tech looked at all 3 faucets outside which is fine, the one needed to be repaired because it was leaking slightly into the basement which is understandable but charging $568.74 is outrageous for a small piece of pipe and a T joint. How in the world can you possibly justify the amount?? Had I know I could have fixed for $50 or a little more but taking advantage of an elderly woman is unconscionable. Now I have called ** **** 2x now and have yet to get a response in how they justify the amount STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have predatory pricing and they know who to take advantage of people!!!

**** **** is a terribly unreliable company. Across all of their domains (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), scheduling has been an absolute nightmare. I have burned through more *** trying to get anything scheduled with them than any other company. The technicians are polite and efficient when they finally get there, but there is absolutely terrible leadership in their scheduling department. They've lost me as a *********** put the icing on the cake for their incompetence in scheduling is the recording that plays when you call them- "... an ounce of prevention is more than a pound of cure." Sure, can't agree more- but you can't get them to provide any sort of service to meet that goal.

Since you don't have a place on your own website to leave a review. I called for service for a main line clog. The technician arrives an hour and a half late, driving 70 miles to get here. I had asked for a quote over the phone which they would not give. Tech gets out of his van and I asked before you get started, how much is this going to cost? Without coming in the house and assessing the problem he says I can snake it for $1000 or hydro jet for $2000. Needless to say that was the end of the conversation. My wife and I are both disabled and on a fixed income. I had this same service from a local plumber about 4 years ago and paid less than $300. Something is wrong with this equation. If he can quote me without even seeing the issue then they could have quoted over the phone and saved the tech a trip. I mentioned that they had a $89 off coupon which he barely acknowledged but even so I feel they are grossly overpriced. Not happy, still do not have my problem fixed.

This company is all about the ****** and selling you a membership plan. Called them for an emergency repair. They were responsive same day and did find and fix a blown fuse in the air handler. (only reason this is 2 stars) That is where the good experience ended. They looked over the rest of the system and picked apart the previous installer and the maintenance. Told us that the 2.5 year old compressor was seized up and tried to charge me $4000 labor to replace under warranty. Left the system powered off and my renters with no heat. I went back a couple days later powered the system on and it works fine. My renter tells me that the tech had her test heat and AC when he was there and they worked. Tried to sell us a bunch of extra stuff we did not need. Called the company and it took two calls to get anyone to call back. The manager backed the technician and quit responding to me. BEWARE if you call them for HVAC repair.

My experience with **** **** has been extremely disappointing. I paid nearly $6,700 for a repair to my AC unit, which included a five-year parts warranty and a one-year labor warranty. Unfortunately, the unit only worked for four months before it stopped functioning entirely instead of the years they claimed the repairs would add to it, and I am still trying to get reimbursed for the damage they caused. Since December, *** contacted the company multiple times about the poor quality of the repair. They sent five different technicians, and the last one confirmed that the unit was completely dead. Despite having the five-year warranty in writing, **** **** has refused to honor it, claiming they are not responsible. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience, made worse by the complete lack of accountability from management. No one has taken ownership or made any effort to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend **** ****. They have proven to be neither honest nor reliable. I have all the invoices of their services and our proof of payment to show that I am a real client and I am very disappointed with this ************* this point, Im just askingclean up your mess, pick up the incompatible parts you used in the botched repair, and give me my money back!!!

Im very disappointed with these home maintenance companies taking advantage of people. I had ****** come out because our heat stopped working. I expect to pay a high price to get it fixed since I recently canceled my home warranty and needed it done immediately. It was so cold in the house. Of course, the maintenance *** told me I needed to replace my entire unit due to the age. He gave me two estimates, one to replace and one to repair. I knew I wasnt going to pay to have it replaced. We cant afford a financial hit like that. $19,000 estimate BTW. So, I opted for the repair. I paid $1,867 to get a motor replaced. Can anyone tell me if this is a fair price? I decided to bite the fee and not waste time shopping around. About a month later, I had this company come back to fix a clogged sink. I thought I'd give them one more try. Never again. I feel ripped off. Why cant they provide you with a fair estimate over the phone before coming to your house?! With todays technology, we could video conference, but they would instead take advantage of you at the moment and push you on higher prices.
