  Excellent service, professional, and courteous. Their technicians are amazing. they never try to over sell anything. They only recommend what’s needed when needed. I highly recommend this company. My technicians name is Matt and he’s amazing.

  Parrish distinguished itself by first, having someone pick up the phone and talk to me. The representative at the very onset described their services and what to expect from their technicians. Then, after scheduling service THE VERY NEXT DAY, I received an email with further details. On the day of the service I received, as indicated previously, an email and a text indicating how soon the technician would arrive, a photo of the technician and a Bio of the technician's background and overall service mindset. Once the technician arrived he was pleasant, knowledgeable and went to work immediately. Honestly, these days this high level of customer service and white glove treatment is totally unexpected. Let me say that Parrish was the THIRD plumbing service provider I called and/or went to their website to ask for service. The way that Parrish has handled my case makes me a customer for life. They are a cut above. Seriously.

  For the past 20 years, experienced Parrish plumbers have quicky resolved all of our plumbing problems in their first visit! We have an older home and its design and plumbing quirks are no challenge for Parrish knowledge and experience. Recommend the Parrish annual inspection program to identify issues that need to be addressed and resolved before disaster strikes.

  For the past 20 years, Parrish Services has provided us great professional services for our home's heating, cooling, and plumbing needs! Their annual inspection program has been particularly useful, identifying and rectifying problems long before they turned into major, unplanned bills! Thanks Parrish!

  We've been using Parrish Services since we needed our electrical panel replaced in 2020. Since the service was good (very expensive but good), we decided to sign up for a priority service plan. We paid for our most recent renewal two months ago. Our contract specifies "[b]enefits include no trip charge for regular service calls and discounted trip charges for emergency call out services."
  Today I made an appointment and was told the service charge is $139, which will be credited towards the work if work is needed. I didn't think anything of it but a few minutes later remembered that we have a priority service plan so I called back to make sure to clear that out before a technician comes out tomorrow and there's an issue he/she shouldn't have to deal with. The person on the other end informs me that they "changed the contract" and they now charge members and non-members but if work needs to be performed, members get a discount. I pointed out I have a contract that was signed only two months ago and nobody informed us of this change. The person on the other end was very polite but simply repeated that they now charge members and non-members but if work needs to be performed, members get a discount.
  It seemed the only options were for me to get over it (that's not what the person said, they were very professional, but that was the message received) or for the appointment to be canceled (no trip no charge, right?). Needless to say, I canceled the appointment and requested a full refund for the priority service plan. I am now waiting for a refund. We had a legally binding agreement and this was a gross abuse of trust and will not be doing business with this company again.

  Doug B from Parrish Services does a great with HVAC and has logs service. He is thorough and explains everything along the way as well as answers all my questions. Price for AC capacitor to make sure my HVAC system is running efficiently cost less because I got it in the fall/off-season. Great job Doug and Parrish Services.
