1 starTitle: ************* ScamCharged $25/mo but no service, contract breached.I joined the ************* at $25/month expecting the advertised benefits that were told to us by one their technicians, which were, priority scheduling, proactive maintenance calls, and four annual tune-**** We started business with the company when we called them to fix a plumbing issue. The technician did a great job providing plumbing services to us and based on his professional service, we decided to join the priority club that he advertised. Unfortunately, that professional service from that technician was the last we ever received. MyPlumberPlus did not deliver those advertised benefits. Every time we were scheduled for services, the technician canceled at the last minute. This happened ***eatedly and as a result, we called to cancel our membership. At first it was difficult to get a customer service *** to take the call. We were hung up on and were told we needed to write a letter to cancel. We called back and was able to speak with another technician who was willing to help. We let them know that technically, they breached the contract by not ever providing the service. Instead of accepting that they caused the breach and letting us terminate the contract, they only offered to waive 5 months of the 12-month contract. As a result, I paid $175 in total even though they failed to fulfill a single contractual visit not even plumbing basics like draining the hot water tank or checking HVAC. This is a warning of a company who is practicing false advertising. Their over advertisement violates consumer trust and misleads those of us who work hard for their money.My Plumber Plus is charging for nothing. It is membership in name only. This is not just disappointing, it's unethical and legally questionable. Save your time and money: avoid the scheme. Since they never actually delivered what they promised, I consider this membership a fraud.Review fromKimmy L

1 starVery NICE people, but serious price gauging. I asked for a breakdown on parts and services provided and I was provided the invoice enclosed. $890.00 for a part that costs $125.00. Luckily, I was not home because I would've asked them to leave and replaced the Standard Food Waste Removal System / Garbage Disposal myself and saved myself $600 - $700.00. Definitely DONT RECOMMEND!!! Should be minus stars!! I have worked with retail and wholesale and in all my years working, I have never ever had a company like this. I had a whole HVAC system installed. It took 3 months to complete, 1-he forgot switch for drain and there was air leaking out of inside unit and some insulation missing from pipe outside and existing duct was not fully connected to inside unit, so was leaking air there as well. The communication in office and workers was the worst. As other reviews, I read-you were told your appointment would be this day and you wait all day, no text, email, phone call, nothing. This happened 5 times. Wasting my time. Meanwhile, over the 3 months, I was so stressed and very upset, It just made no sense to me, that a company had that kind of customer service. They were going to give me a 1-year membership as a discount. I would never even think about having them back. If it takes them 3 months to do 1 job that should of been complete that day, I would I want them to come back?? Just plain ridiculous !!Plus, they very high priced!! Regret even calling them!Pkaese DONT DO IT!! Save your money and time!!!

1 star# BEWARE: Deceptive Pricing Tactics at My Plumber ????? (1 out of 5 stars)I recently called My Plumber for what should have been routine repairs, but instead encountered what I can only describe as predatory pricing practices that consumers need to know about.The technician spent less than ****************************************************** with these shocking quotes:* $1,900 for replacing a water pressure regulator valve and expansion tank components that retail for under $200 * $459 for a basic toilet valve replacement a $10-20 part that takes minimal time to install (I've installed an entire toilet for less!)What truly revealed their business ethics was what happened when I questioned these prices. Instead of explaining their rates or standing by their quote, the technician immediately retreated to his vehicle to "consult with management to see if he can do it for $500 instead. Minutes later, he returned with a "special discount" of $400. To me, this wasnt a legitimate discount it's evidence of a pricing strategy designed to take advantage of customers who don't know better or don't feel comfortable challenging quotes.After declining their services, I contacted another licensed plumber who quoted $500 total for the entire work, parts included. The contrast couldn't be clearer.My Plumber isn't just expensive their willingness to slash prices so dramatically when questioned suggests a company that prioritizes extracting maximum profit over honest service. True professionals stand behind their pricing with transparency and can justify their rates when asked.If you value fair business practices and honest pricing, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs. 1 starA total rip off. I needed the valve replaced in my toilet tank. I was given a quote of $1073.00. Or I could get a new Toto toilet for $1200.00. I told the plumber no way. I went online to ******, found the part I needed for $30.00. The part came the next day. It literally took me 20 mins to install the new part!!! The technician said he was in the plumbing business for 14 years, but didnt know only 1 part was needed to fix the toilet. Say NO NO NO to My Plumber Plus!!Review fromDorothea S

1 starCame to my house charged me $49.00 for an estimate, took a picture of my kitchen sink, said he had to run a snake through kitchen sink, laundry room and bathroom, cost would be a little over $600, gave me a discount and final cost was $506, I said NO WAY. So he got $49.00 for the so called diagnostic. I called my home warranty company had to pay a deductible, the man came out and fixed the sink and said it was just clogged. Shame on you "My Plumber". God don't like ugly and you tried to scam me for $500. Believe me, evil will catch up with you. The $49.00 you charged doesn't amount to anything, it won't do you any good.Review fromAnthony V

1 starI contacted My Plumbers plus because my air conditioner was having trouble keeping up with the high outdoor temperatures.The representative that shows up proposed a system cleaning to resolve the issue but the process made no difference.At the end of the my ordeal, I had another company come out and resolve the actual issue.I do not trust that My Plumbers Plus, they are a waste of money, they are a bad company, and people should look elsewhere for HVAC services.Review fromJames O

1 starI signed up for the monthly membership for AC check **** then found out you have to be available all day for the appointment like it's 1980 (not disclosed up front). Who does that anymore? I tried to go back to my previous service, who would schedule by the hour, and these guys charged for a full year of contract when they knew I was unable to schedule an appointment. 3 starsWe had them over and the service was good - no complaint - it took them a bit long to get to us though. I would use them again but would ask for him to arrive the day rpomised.
