  On Friday, March 24, Sasha Burduja, came to my residence to repair my bathroom sink; the problem was the water was slow in draining. Sasha did an excellent job in correcting the leak and was finish in no time. He was very professional and pleasant to me as a customer. I will make sure I recommend him to family and friends.   Issa dahhak was over our house today to repair a pipe leak up in the ceiling in the basement. He did an excellent job and was so courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned up and left no mess after the job was complete. Please hold on to this employee, he is a role model and he should be to all your employees. I look forward to have him do further work here at my home.

  Made a appointment with Plummer plus on 2-24-2023 they text me they were on their way at 12:15pm they never showed never called so I waited around the house all day no show I called and cancelled plumber plus this was not the first time they no showed a few months ago they did the same text me they were on the way and ended up a no show Plumber plus is unprofessional and is a shady plumbing business will never recommend

  Was quoted $538 before steeping in the building to hook up a a gas stove to an existing gas line.when I booked the appointment yesterday I was told there is no way I can be given an idea as how much it would cost until I paid $49.00 service fee for technician to assess the job. Before we going inside in the parking lot he wanted me sign an invoice for $538. After refusing the job I called back only to gear that's how it works.

  The plumber Tyler arrived with potential buyers for my house and their agent with the home inspection report. He proceeded to do a pull and reset on 3 toilets and replace wax rings for a cost of $544 each. One shower head was installed at a cost of $544. Installation of a diverter tub spout cost $349. Even with a senior citizen discount, the total was $2285. I was not given an estimate before the work was done. I have consulted other professionals who have assured me that this cost was excessive and should be reported.

  I have attempted since April to cancel Priority Club membership after not finding value in the service. Representative at My Plumber told me to send email to priorityclub (at) myplumber.com to cancel. But for the past 3 months they continue to charge me and not respond to my request to cancel.

  My plumber is a dishonest company. Under a long-standing (10-year) Maintenance contract their technician told me I had a cracked heat exchanger, shut down my heating system in in winter (for safety) and later sent me a picture of ”the crack”. The estimate they gave me for a new system was double my best estimate so I chose another contractor to do the work. After replacing the unit based on My Plumber’s insistence that it was damaged and unsafe, I asked to contractor to inspect the alleged damage and then to take it to the manufacture to verify that there was none. Both found no crack in the heat exchanger and it to be in good working order! I kept the heat exchanger and still have it. When I raised with My Plumber, two reps came out, confessed that there was indeed no crack (despite the fake picture) but then argued that some “discoloration” made it unsafe anyway despite both the contractor and manufacture’s findings to the contrary. I complained to the owner of the company to no avail. My Plumber’s business model includes fraud in my opinion based on this behavior.

  I would give them negative stars if I could. I currently have an emergency plumbing issue. I called at 1pm and was put on the schedule for today before 6. When I called at 5:45 to ask when the plumber would arrive they said, sorry we can’t make it today. I have standing water in my bathroom. Do not use this company!!!!!!
