    While attending a members only event, I noticed some of the jumping areas were running with no supervision, my two kids were excited for the only members night and sadly the manager ask us to leave when I complained about another kid hitting one of my kids in the eye while playing dodge ball. As I approached the service area to let the manager know the area was running without supervision I noticed all of the staff by the registers laughing and chatting, when I told one of the members he laughed at my 8 year old and said is dodge ball what do you except? My boy was crying and I told the member that we know that is dodge ball but you are not supposed to aim for the face and that area was under no supervision, he continued to tell me that they cannot control if bigger kids (teens) are playing vs the little ones, when I asked to speak to the manager she approached me with an attitude and was yelling at me, I said that I was very disappointed about the members only experience she gave me a mad look and went to her office and close the door. I waited for her to come out to continue my conversation and she asked me to leave along with another member, my kids watched the whole thing this manager yelling at me and the rest of the staff ganging up against me. This is by far the worst experience I had with someone managing a childrens play place. I told the manager you have cameras you can check them. The manager was so upset because I brought up the fact that the staff was chatting eating pizza in the front instead of helping out in their stations. No customer should be treated the way they treated me and my kids, laughing at an 8 year old because a teenager hit him hard with the ball is worse than bullying and watching his mom getting kicked out of this place because she was trying to ask for help, was just horrible.

    dishonest company! they ignore my multiple cancellation requests for more than 6 months!! They KEEP sending recurring billing charges to my card which I can't stop. Don't give these crooks your money and don't ever EVER do a subscription.
