    Was charged 12.99 October 6th for the subscription starting it was for the November Box. They aren’t shipping the November box until the 14th of November and charging me again the day after before having received that first months shipment. Then Heather the office manager sent snarky comments telling me to read the site. I did I just wanted to know my tracking info if any. Was told by Heather I can’t read or comprehend and I should get a ged yes I was rude but only because they kept beating around the bush and accusing me of lies when I literally just kept asking for the November monthly box info that’s all I wanted not be called a liar or told to prove info and when I did just continues to call me a liar even have screenshots and more. Heather is you see this I really hope you can work on better customer service and actually learn to read your customers comments and concerns rather than fire back with some auto reply response copy of what your site says.

    I have subscribed to Booster Bricks for several years. At first the boxes came every month. This year has been an exception. I have inquired about this problem. I have received NO answers. I have asked for the dates the Booster Bricks were sent. Still NO response. This last quarter I was billed again, but when I asked for details about the dates shipments were sent I received no answer. I have asked several times. I have not an idea how many months have gone by without the bricks being sent as they will NOT answer my questions. The bricks are sent to my grandchildren in Pennsylvania so I was not aware that the shipments were not being sent.
