We have further investigated the issue , hence, we will process the reshipment for 12 bottles of Fungus Eliminator.       Thank you for raising the concern. Upon further investigation, there was a chat conversation last 09/20/2022 (Attached photo for reference) that the customer requested for the order to be cancelled. It was successfully refunded on the same day (attached photo for reference). However, the order was still shipped and delivered last 09/29/2022 (Please check attached photo again for reference).

However, I suggest the business take steps to clarify the options on the order form. I had no idea I was subscribing to a monthly subscription for the product.

      Thank you for raising the concern. During the order process in our website there is an option where you can choose if you would enroll for our subscription or opt for one time purchase. During your order you have ticked the box to enroll for subscription hence the automatic shipments. However, we have already cancelled your auto order and stopped any further shipment and charges.

      I was ordering 3 bottles of anti fungal capsules using ****** as payment. The company added another 6 bottles automatically as I selected complete payment. The price of my initial 3-unit order was thus increased to almost triple the original amount. This is outright thievery. Sad the company feels they have to trick customers in this way.

Upon further investigation, the order for 6 bottles was purchased (09/04/2022) prior to your final order of 3 bottles (09/07/2022). Also, our system do not add or ship products automatically unless order is in a subscription. Nevertheless, order has been refunded last 09/05/2022 (please see attached photo for reference).

      Thank you for raising the concern. Upon further investigation, there are 2 orders made on June 29. Please see attached photos for the invoices. 1st purchase which is the ultimate heart bundle protocol was delivered on August 22 (please see attached screenshot for the delivery status) and the 2nd purchase was successfully paid on July 27 instead on the same day, hence it was shipped last 08/01 and still in transit. Should you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us so that we can help you out immediately.
