      Thank you Wall & Associates. I have had this issue for such a long time and I kept trying to deal with it on my own, and failing.
      It took longer than I wanted, but I blame that on me. My 'person' ***** was a kind, helpful, and non-judgmental. When she needed to remind me, she did and I never felt like she was ever blaming me.
      Now I feel like I can breathe and to live!
