    I sent my Trans Am gauges to them for restoration in September 2021. R'cd a call from Gentry about a week later with a price which I felt was fair. Advised them to go ahead with the work needed and was told at that time could expect them back in 8 to 10 weeks which should have been around Christmas. January 2022 I called to check and was told they had staffing issues and it would be a little longer but not to worry because they have been in business for 25 years and it will be taken care of. So I continued to call about once a month and was told everything from waiting on a clock to staffing issues to waiting on additional parts. About July I read reviews and found out that staffing has been an issue for sometime and this was known when he promised them to me back in September. Between July 14 until November 9 I called approx 26 times and always an excuse or I will have Gentry call you back which does not happen. Several time I asked them to just send my gauges back and I was always told they are almost finished and you should have them within 2 weeks. Finally about Thanksgiving 2022 I did receive them was they were just ok. Not what I expected for what I paid. Installed them into the car and discovered that neither the water temperature gauge nor the fuel gauge worked. The clock had been replaced however never connected so not getting power through the printed circuit. Well after spending another almost $500 my gauges are working. I would strongly suggest using another vendor for your repairs and do your research of the company.

    We sent a Sun tach to them well over a year ago, they called with fee for repairs we paid, they called a second time for an additional charge, we paid no problem. We've called many times and are told Gentry isn't in or he's on another line, left message after message with no response. Customer support doesn't exist at this business and it's frustrating to say the least. We want to know what's going on with our item. At this point we consider them thieves because they've taken our item as well as our money. Very unsatisfied at how they're doing business. I'm urging anyone that's considering this company to do business elsewhere if they value their belongings, their time, and their money.
