I’m the Hilton Simone member. I arrived and checked in at 14:45 on 6/26/2023. The lady at the front desk told me the only check in time is after 16:00 even I am a member and she was super rude to me and my husband. Then she checked in for a white guy after me and my husband with a totally different attitude. This hotel’s staff is rude and discriminatory to Asians. No one assisted for us at that time. I told her my fight was cancelled and I have stayed in Atlanta airport for two days and I really need a room to take a rest. Finally, I got a room. But I felt helpless and mentally exhausted. Such a bad experience.

Hi. I was in Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Centre-Ville from June 3 to June 7 2023. On June 6 in Circos Restaurant on lobby floor of Hilton waiter took my purse. I complain to Simon Leblanc Front Office Manager about it. He looked on camera and told that he see me hang my purse on the back of the chair but dose not see who took it. Camera was not turn off so he did see who took it. Credit card were use right away. My iPhone was in Richmond, VA and cards were use in different stopes quick. This is organize actions. Simon Leblanc did see who took my purse and did not call to police. Please help me to get my purse back. Thank you. My name is Zhanna G*****.

******** now called Water Park ***********. we had our son's 11 birthday there and let me just say, going into this I wasn't that happy, the "10 guest" package we did for our son included the adults as well so he had to select a certain number of friends and not all the kids he wanted. When they informed us of this we second guessed going there , but, they offer NO refunds. Our party started at 11am. We showed up around 10:15 to bring things in only to find the doors locked. They did let us in, we were led to our party room and we were informed that "it may not be cleaned yet but we'll get someone in to clean it before the party starts".......WHAT? you open at 11 and the party room may not be cleaned from the day before?? Then I'm told once our party host arrives he or she will come down to clean and help us. I finally met our "party host" He "introduced" himself to me but I had to ask him again what he said as he mumbled every word out of his mouth. As I waited for our guests to arrive one of the party hosts puts up a sign on our party room door saying "Happy 10th birthday to some other name" He starts to walk away so I call him back over and tell him that that isn't my sons name nor is he turning 10 he is turning 11. He starts laughing and says" I don't know my "sup" told me to hang it there but if its wrong its wrong" The party room was not set up, no plates, no utensils no napkins no cake cutter...nothing, nothing was ready for us we sat around probably for about 5 min while our "party host" went back and forth to get items from the front lobby area storage. I wish I could post a picture on here as I have a photo of our "party host" playing video games in the arcade. Overall, I was not impressed by this places service what so ever. The "party hosts" are kids who could care less about making your experience easy, fun and exciting. They spent more time playing the games in the arcade then they did helping out the families they were assigned to be hosts for.

My dad worked for the flagship Hilton in Manhattan for 20+ years. I have been a Hilton Honors member (highest level - Diamond!!) for 12 years. Yet still, I am unable to redeem a weekend reward for the hotel I want on the date I need. They confirm the room is available for me to book as a “Diamond perk” (for $1,300), but I can’t redeem my free night because the hotel is “sold out” ??? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!
Kicker - the free night expires in 3 weeks, and the best they can do is extend the expiration an additional 2 weeks. What an absolute joke Hilton has become - closing my Hilton AMEX and going Marriott all the way forever and ever.

The cancellation fee is not clearly stated (amount, when it is enacted) on their confirmation. They "rebooked" us after a missed reservation (booked on the wrong night) but did not disclose the cost and the tone of the desk agent made it seem like it was a courtesy for the mis-booking (again, no price was discussed, no "no show" fee mentioned). Was charged for the first night without being told the specific fee and charged the second night without discussing price (it was also a higher price than the previous night). Their general manager was unhelpful and when I asked to speak with the person she reports to she referred me to the Hampton Customer Service line. This was the line that sent me to her. I did not receive a receipt for the first night until well after the charge was on my credit card. I did receive the receipt for the rebooking. The fact that they did not send me a receipt for the first "no show" indicates they knew they were charging me without my knowledge when I was rebooked. That receipt was not turned over until it was demanded twice.

I AM A HILTON HONORS MEMBER, WHICH DOES NOT MEAN MUCH ANY MORE?
RARELY DO I TAKE A VACATION.
MY ADULT DISABLED DAUGHTER AND I WANTED TO GO BACK TO ORANGE COUNTY.
WE LIVED THERE TWO YEARS AGO BUT MOVED UP TO THE MOUNTAINS.
ROUGH WINTER, COLD AND MULTIPLE SNOW STORMS.
COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OFF MOUNTAIN AND GET AWAY.
NEVER BEEN TO HILTON ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER.
DECIDED TO STAY THERE, GO TO DOWNTOWN DISNEY TOO.
I DROVE US TWO AND A HALF HOURS TO GET THERE.
WHEN WE GOT THERE IN THE AFTERNOON, THE HOTEL DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE ONSITE PICTURES.
HARDLY ANYONE WALKING AROUND, VERY DIMLY LIT LOBBY LIKE THE HOTEL WAS TRYING TO CONSERVE ELECTRICITY OR HAD A CONTRACT WITH CITY OF ANAHEIM TO CONSERVE ENERGY, THE ENTIRE HOTEL DECOR WAS BACK IN THE 70'S. DARK BROWNS, DARK GOLD, FRINGE SEPARATING RESTAURANT AREA. LOOKED LIKE HOTEL HAD NEVER BEEN UPDATED AT ALL. I GOT SELF PARKING TO SAVE MONEY, NOT VALET. FOR TWO NIGHTS HOTEL ROOM AND ALL THE TAXES THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TACKS ON AND SELF PARKING COST ME $522.06. THAT IS NOT INCLUDING FOOD WE BOUGHT DINING OUT. I CAME HOME AND THE MORE I THOUGHT ABOUT IT, WAS UPSET. CALLED THE HILTON AND ALL MANAGER WOULD GIVE ME BACK WAS A $75.00 CREDIT. I WILL NEVER AGAIN STAY AT A HILTON HOTEL OR GIVE THEM MY MONEY. HILTON USED TO BE CONSIDERED A HIGH END CLASSY BRAND HOTEL. I CAN SEE BY ALL THE 1 STARS REVIEWS, I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER COMPLAINING.

On Jun 10 @ 1030 am CST I attempted to make a reservation with points online for 19-23 Jun @ DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Medical Center Hotel & Suites 6800 Main Street Houston, Texas 77030. The system was down. I called and the agent was unable to make the reservation as well. I was told to keep checking online. I checked again at 2:45 pm and discovered that the 249k+ points for the reservation had been redeemed from my honors account but I did not have the reservation. I spent the next 1.5 hrs explaining this to 4 agents when one finally said the points were being refunded in 24-72 hrs. I asked to speak to a manager. I explained to the manager that I was taking my father-in-law to MD Anderson Cancer Center and those points were my only financial option for accommodations. I was afraid that in 24-72 hrs there may not be any rooms available since so many patients use the hotel for the same purpose. She insisted that there was nothing she could do but put in a case to expedite the refund but it would be at least 2 days. I asked if the reservation could be made to ensure I would have accommodation and be converted to points once they came in she said my only option was to pay for the room and use the points later or wait. I asked for a corporate contact or complaint process she insisted that there was no one I could call or contact about the matter. It is completely unacceptable and an egregious way to hand a Diamond member of 7 years seeking accommodations during an already difficult time. Adding insult to injury by insisting that there is no one who can address a unique and urgent issue and no complaint process is appalling.

Nice enough hotel and location, but the hidden "Amenities fee", which amounts to a few bottles of water and a community Keurig machine, it doubled my hotel bill. It was like $70-100. I possibly would have paid for the hotel for the price they wanted but they shady way they went about it made me feel dirty. They got me in the door with one price and then strong-armed me into paying an exorbitant fee.

They lied about the condition of the hotel. It is under complete reconstruction and there were men literally outside our windows banging on the walls all day, cursing in Spanish and yelling. There’s construction debris everywhere, it is so dangerous. I paid $300 for one night and they absolutely refused to issue a refund.
