    Hello, on 09/09/2024 we entered into an agreement with ******** and paid them $1090 for a years subscription. This site is supposed to connect businesses like myself (cooking school) with party planners looking for an event site. The main reason I decided take out a membership is because we received a "lead" from "Adventures Made Complete" to host a party with us through Reposite. We then had a follow up email and chat on how to book parties like the one at Adventures Made Complete and even received an email from a Reposite "employee" *** ********. There is no company called Adventures Made Complete or a *** ******** at Reposite. I was phished/scammed. After using the site for a few weeks and seeing there was no way we could recoup our fee I asked for a prorated refund but was turned down. Without the first "lead" I never would have signed my small company up with ******** as they have no share of the Chicago market, which I was led to believe they did. Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Their response was just more words. They did reach out to me and the person I spoke to, ***** ******, stated that the product they are selling is meant for users to make connections for possible future business. This is not how it was sold to me by ******** *******. ******** stated that we would be getting requests for private events "on a steady basis". They state that there have been 3 inquiries for events, but only one that fits our profile and we were too far away from their venue. So not a stead stream of new clients. Again I would not have booked this without being phished by the fake company that they sent me first. Also ***** said she would speak to her team and get back to me - almost 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing.

    CVENT lead generating platform provided no tangible value for lead generation utilizing their paid premium service for restaurant small event venue hosting less than 200 people. No material benefit what-so-ever in our experience. We spent $4000 to have access to their Request for Proposal system that generated no quality leads. Lead generation system is perfunctory and basically just blasts aggregated information to entire pool of event venues and makes the claim that they are providing you quality leads with massively inflated "estimated value." To be specific in this critique, we are a restaurant, and the sales agent indicated that they provided $74,000 of value with 160 room nights via their platform. We are not a hotel, however they communicated this metric to us to somehow indicate it was useful. Paid for their premium service and literally generated $0 in revenue off the investment. When I requested to have my profile extended or an adjustment to our bill, I was plainly denied. Apparently they upgraded our account for the last 3 months of our contract to "Diamond Plus" for an additional boosting of our ranking among bidding vendors. Their entire system and value-add proposition is based off of inflated metrics of no real value. They charge more for premium service which does nothing in effect but perhaps place your photos higher in their page. No tangible benefit... no concern for the fact my investment yielded no value, no interest in accommodating us even to extend the "service" they provided until I at least got a few successful bids translated into actual revenue. This company does not provide target lead generation, they do not specialize in restaurants even though they advertise that they do. Do not pay for premium service, just pick they basic package and bid on whatever you like, there is no value in their value-add programs. You will not get your moneys worth.
