  Looks like I am not alone. I signed up for Cvent for a major event in the **** After not being able to log on during the event, I called during the event to rectify the problem. They were not able to assist me. I was never able to us the program during the whole event. After the event, I reached out just knowing that I would get a full refund because I did not use the program at all. Not only did I not get the refund. I got the run around and bad customer service and no refund. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company.

  For years, we struggled with our previous platform to streamline our workflow.   Reposite is an AMAZING platform! It does what we have been trying to do with another platform for YEARS. Their product is user friendly and very detailed, not to mention the amount of suppliers available to you at a click of a button. The search capabilities are great and their matching criteria is spot on. The Reposite team is the best I have seen, they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and have gone the extra mile to ensure that our team is set up and fully understands how to navigate through the platform. In the month that our company has been using Reposite we have seen a HUGE increase in RFPs and leads being sent out and the engagement from our team members has been great! Joining the Reposite platform has been the best decision!

  I'm so upset about my full year of dealings with this SCAM COMPANY. As another reviewer has said, they say a lot of things to hook you -- make lots of promises leading you to think they are an established, far-reaching, well-stocked, and well-connected event management company, when they're just a bunch of tech people with basic data management software, period. It's a classic bait and switch: I paid $2,400 for event management services (real people, real leads, real connections, etc.), and instead, I just got software that I was told to "play with." And -- like the other reviewer said -- when I referred to things that were said to me in phone and video meetings, I was constantly sent back to the verbiage of the "contract," which they conveniently and deceptively worded to leave out EVERYTHING they used to sell me on their services in the first place. And the best part? They graciously "extend" your contract INDEFINITELY so that you never actually get that "money-back guarantee" that you're promised: they simply "extend" your contract indefinitely so that they can take however long they want to actually make up the expense of partnering with them. And I'm sure they just expect that you will get tired and eventually so frustrated, you just give up. Well I'm tapping out. I've begged them for TEN MONTHS to simply be ethical when they've clearly LIED TO MY FACE about everything they said they could provide, and I've given them the full year to make good on their end of the contract. I've asked them how it can possibly be a "money-back guarantee" at the end of my year's contract if they are allowed to simply extend the timeframe of meeting that guarantee indefinitely...and I get no answer. I'll never get an ROI, and I'll never get my money back. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. They know how to make basic database software and how to hook unsuspecting clients with ***** promises and flashy presentations. They are morally bankrupt people preying on small businesses. AVOID.

  We have multiple emails stating that ROI is guaranteed. Its not. They have a lot of great words and promises but the site and people are just too new. We spent **** for 7 leads, dont do it. We are located in the ******* and ***** region in *******. They (***** and ******) stated that they were bring in more businesses in the area but there are companies that reach out that never respond back or doesnt have a contact attached to the request so you can not get the lead anyway. I understand everyone has to start somewhere but that doesnt mean you can rob us. The kicker is how we were promise a 6th month-in meeting to discuss how the company is working for us and if we were not satisfied we can close the contract. When I brought this up I was told verbally that weve NEVER done a cancellation I have to check with upper management. Got an email shortly with fine print stating they dont do cancelations also be careful because I never got my contact I received someone elses, twice.

  As an event planner, I just wanted to let you all know that if you are looking for an event registration company to work with, please do NOT use Cvent. Their contracts are not flexible for a non-profit organization, or during a pandemic. (It was a 3 year contract.) Also, there are no "outs" of their contracts. Even with a year's notice! Their cancellation policy only works in their favor. Zero out of Five stars - Do NOT recommend! In addition, my client manager changed hands over ten times since the beginning of the contract. I NEVER knew who I was supposed to communicate with.
