I filed my ammended taxes with them last February. I received my 2021 ammended taxes in a timely manner. However they sent me a bill to pay them for my 2020 taxes that I never received. When I inquired about them they claimed the *** never received it so they sent it again. But looking at my transcript today the *** NEVER received a second ammended taxes either for the year 2020. All you get is the run around and smoke and mirrors. Nobody no nothing, nobody communicates with you but want you to pay them. Pay them for what??? Why advertise for the **** when you know good in well you could not get my money for the 2020 taxes year. Its frustrating because at this point I wish I had completed this myself or went with a more reputable company.

It's a scam! BBB need to shut it down before this company scams more people! I spoke to a tax advisor and there is NO such thing as a "self employed tax credit." You can even check with the IRS...they will tell you the same thing.

Complete scam artists. They made every single promise about the amount of credit, timeline, documents submitted, and notification from the ***. Any correspondence I've had with them (which is ******) has been on an empty solution to another. They lure you in with a ***** day timeline for credit. That was 9 months ago. They have done nothing but string me along. They still want their 10% though which is insane considering they have done nothing more than email the *** and tell me the *** is still working on it. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE GIG WORKERS OR ****** FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO YOUR FINANCES OR MONEY. Nothing they've said would happen as happened. I've been waiting and waiting. I've sent dozens of emails, they respond to 2 or 3, with the same canned response that it's being worked on or they're waiting on the ***. I have no hope I actually see this money. Really wish someone would start a class action cuz this company needs to be held responsible for the repeated lying and deceiving of the public. It's crazy.

So then anchor/gig worker has us all print and sign 6 different forms to upload so they can access are transcripts to speed up the process to get you your advance. so having faith in them thinking they are a true company with morals I sign them and upload them to my file ! I get a voicemail from anchor/gig worker congratulations thank you for uploading your documents you will see your money in 15 to 20 days ! Another 15 to 20 days goes by ! NO MONEY! I call, finally get email saying I see you uploaded your transcripts sit back in relax you will get your money soon ! Followed by email saying its coming any day now , or ****** is taking applications in order wont be much longer. I started this process in March and now its August no money , just lies ! I contacted the *** which online on the *** it states a warning to beware of the exact thing gig worker/ anchor are doing ! The ***. Said anchor never once has pulled my transcripts ! They tricked us into sending are signatures by saying they need them because the irs wont release are transcripts so we can get are advance! Thousands of us have been scammed by GIgworker/anchor We all have came together with documentation even with them changing wording on the gig worker site after we figured out the scam they were doing!
