    The BBB has received numerous complaints from consumers that allege paying a large fee to this firm for EIN numbers and the company claiming to be with the IRS.  Online searches for this company website show that the website is based in Iceland and not in the United States.  BBB strongly encourages consumers to visit the irs.gov website directly for any assistance in obtaining a EIN number.  Consumers report their bank accounts being charged hundreds of dollars repeatedly for fees and providing SSN, passport information and other forms of ID that have then been compromised.  To date, we have not received any responses to the complaints on file.

    1/31/2025 (about 7 hours ago)I was charged $319 for an EIN number that is supposed to be free from the **** The web address ************************** looked like the *** address and it appears first when you search *** EIN number. Thus, I thought I was on the *** website. There is no information available to contact them and cancel this and request a refund.

    1/28/25 I had applied for them to get my business ein this was $319 which on the real irs website is free. They never sent my order number to be able to track it. I emailed asking for a refund with no response. I made numerous phone calls to them with no answer.

    On 1/19/25 I paid for a service that seemed to be presenting itself as the official *** website but then I started getting these email requests for more information. It seemed like a scam. They continue to email me everyday. None of the links worked. I found out that I could file the forms for free and now I'm wondering if I got a real EIN # or not and if they are going to use personal information for more fraud.

    I request a new EIN from this company December 18th 2024, and I havent heard anything back from them despite numerous emails and calls.

    I ordered an online EIN, thinking this was the ***. No response, product, or service. No return phone calls or return emails from this group. I suspect fraudulent business.

    On 01/17/2027 I thought I was using the *** website to file for an EIN for my new LLC when I was charged two separate charges for $319 and $249. The service claims to help file EIN but in reality it just steals your information and overcharges its victims for a free service provided by the US government.

    This happened on 8/31/24 with **************************. The business website is : **************************, etax-filing, EIN Online Application 2024, EINTax ID, EIN-TaxID. I called this company to ask who I can speak to get my money back and I was put on hold and disconnected. They collected my sensitive information pretending they re IRS. I requested to be refunded ($319) for this sketchy and deceptive business practice. The way they represent their company logo, website color, use of EIN, ETAX was very deceptive. I was tricked to apply for EIN and pay $319 when it is free on *** website. The irony is , they have my details and they sent me another email to file BOI and were charging $591 for that. I almost paid that amount, but luckily my bank stopped the payment . This company is impersonating *** website colors and services. They copied the same exact form which I could have filled on *** website and not paid a *****. They did not provide any additional service that they can justify charging me $319. They are tricking innocent people and something needs to be done with this. I am requesting the company to call me back and refund me my hard earned money. Thank you

    Scam that deceptively seems to be part of the **** They promised me an IRS EIN#. They have not delivered it. I paid $319 for the service.Customer service is never there- only let's you leave a voicemail- then that's never returned.See numerous other BBB complaints on this company.

    I used the *** Federal Tax Id Efile Website because I needed a number in order to file for an estate. I was charged $319 foolishly thinking, it was a legitimate website and that they would immediately, assign me a number. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received one. I am requesting my money back and have wasted time and possibly, my own credit security because of these scam crooks.
