      Very speedy delivery and my items were delivered undamaged. I received my order quicker than if I had ordered through Amazon. Also by not purchasing through Amazon all my warranty will be honored. Nice to be able to shop other places and Estes makes that possible again. Very satisfied customer ************

      I used a tracking number to schedule a delivery on the company's website (*******************************************). I received an onscreen confirmation, which I screenshotted. The delivery did not arrive. When I called the company they gave me the run-around, first telling me that what I had placed was a request, not an appointment (however, the screenshot showed it was a confirmed window for a delivery appointment, not a request). Next they told me that it wasn't delivered because they had a note in their system stating I was picking up my merchandise from them. They could not give a date for my delivery. I explained to them that I had driven 450 miles to be present and sign for this delivery based on the confirmation I had received and that I needed to return to my home and would like the delivery as soon as possible so that I was not stuck at the destination indefinitely. Over the next FOUR DAYS I called daily for updates and the person I spoke to was extremely rude and obviously did not care about customer service or the fact that they had fouled this up. They finally called me on the 5th day and said they would bring it that day. I did receive my merchandise but given the choice i will never deal with this company again.

      Shipment was early and in good shape. The gentleman that delivered was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. Would recommend to family and friends. Job well done!!

      Great service and package handling by the trucking folks. Package was pristine and clean, well handled. They were also extremely responsive and simple process over email for scheduling/info. Super impressed by this company in the terrible service world we live in today. Would hire them for my company if it was applicable to keep customers happy.
