      The delivery driver couldn't get up my driveway (steep and snowy hill) so he gave me a call. I gave him instructions to leave my bed frame in a local business at the beginning of my driveway. When I got home, the boxes were stacked on a pallet in a way that was easy to back up to and load them on my truck. I was also expecting them to take several weeks for the delivery but they delivered asap which was perfect for me.

      Delivery was great. They were cooperative when I had to request an earlier delivery because I had an appointment. They had everything assembled and set up in a very efficient manner.

      We received our treadmill promptly after being contacted by EFW. The delivery was on time, the young ladies who delivered it were polite, went about their business without any delay, set up the treadmill per the "White ****** delivery and were in and out in less than an hour.

      ******** arrived when promised. Young man making the delivery was Awesome! The items I ordered were heavy and he placed them in my storage building for me. It was greatly appreciated!

      Professional and friendly delivery (and on-time) service made the experience a positive one. Also, its customer support staff was great in setting up the appointment and taking into consideration recommendations as to when best to deliver (we live on a very busy street). A well run and organized - definitely recommend this business.
