      My large item purchase arrived in great shape and placed securely on my back covered patio. Though I was not home for the delivery, my interaction with the delivery person (via phone) was very pleasant. He let me know he was on his way and informed me of his arrival time. Since I was not going to be home at the time of delivery we discussed where would be the best place to leave the item.

      The two guys that delivered my treadmill were courteous and friendly and place the treadmill exactly where I wanted it. They were great representatives of your company!

      First of all, they were very understanding of my situation. I had to leave town, when I received the call that my treadmill had come in. They made several attempts to schedule their visit and we were able to finally settle on a day when I had gotten back home. Once the appointment was scheduled, they arrived on the date of the appointment and promptly delivered and built my treadmill.
